Easy to use it has Number of Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very flexible, I can control my activity and productivity, and I love the fact that I can see my evaluations and get to correct my mistakes on future calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I can mention as I haven't had any issues so far

Talkdesk is currently making controlling my productivity much easier and makes me confidence in providing the best customer experience

it that it reminds me when it is time for breaks and lunch and i can easly apply for my leaves and see if it is approved or not

it that sometimes it logs me off, it takes time to approve leaves that i have applied for

problem of missing my breaks and lunches, it reminds me a minutes before

Easy to make and take calls with great quality and good network.

it sometimes does not want to disposition after call which makes it hard to locate activity done by an agent before you if not notes left.

Easy to make calls and view my quality score using talkdesk.

What do you like best about the product?
When receiving a call, Talkdesk is able to provide you with the contact's information provided on the link work app. In that way one can prepare themselves for the rest of the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Talkdesk will put you offline when least expected and change the status auxed without notifying sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to contact the person whom we a providing the service to. We are able to search for a call made using Talkdesk to listen and manage customer service. Quality of calls is assured and feedback is given when profile are verified.

We are able to communicate with sellers and we also get our call scores on Talkdesk.

We can review and pass documents without even calling the seller

TalkDesk is innovatively changing the way we work daily and as a daily user, I find that I am always learning about a new feature that simplifies my daily work life.

It allows you to send an automatic voicemail rather than having to record all the time.

Can stuck and requires you to restart in between your job.

Allows us to be able to transfer calls to different departments which makes our job easier.

Talk desk is a good tool for my work flow and runs well. It may take time to load at times.

It can be slow to load at times and so I end up being late to clock in

It solves management overload since I'm able to track my own adherance and time keeping which limits constant need to enquire with relevant parties about my time management
