What do you like best about the product?
Having such a large amount of data sets to pull from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its a big overwhelming because there is in fact so much data to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often times its solving the problem of measuring customer engagement on our platform. This is a great benefit during renewal time to prove ROI.
Heap makes my life easy as a Product Manager that needs data support.
What do you like best about the product?
Heap allows me to very easily query almost any data point I could need as a PM. I love that I can also save reports as dashboards to easily share with Stakeholders, so they can reference them anytime they like!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike much, Heap is overall awesome. The one area I would love to see some improvement in is the ability to schedule a report to run a set time period. This would allow me to keep everything up top date easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Heap solves my data needs as a Product Manager. It allows me to pull out the info I need from our application quickly, without having to rely on more data-savvy team members within our organization.

Auryc is a great tool for those wanting to learn more about their customers. From creating and customizing your user journey to gaining real-time feedback from actual customers have been the perfect tool for our organization.
An amazing easy-to-use analytics&insights tool to help your R&E
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to retroactively query the autocaptured data is what makes this tool better than it's competitors. You don't have to come up with userpaths before you can actually report on them - for most of the use cases in our application - we were able to successfully put autocapture to use and gain valuable insight into how our users use our application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing might be a bit too steep for small bootstrapped businesses, but Heap will work with you to figure out the best pricing scheme for your business. There is also a free trial to help you figure out the number of sessions across your webapp & setup Heap in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no insights in certain user paths in our app (i.e. what does the user do before they come to the Upgrade page, when do the users drop off) and Heap helped us get to know our users a bit better almost straight off the bat. After a couple of days of autocapturing events, we were ready to see what exactly caused the most friction in our UI and what steps seemed to affect our users negatively (or positively) in terms of retention and engagement with the application.

It's not as easy to stay organized across teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How in-product pages are performing and how our content is helping or hindering the user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, you get out 10x what you put in, the historic information immediate upon set up is huge, no waiting for data to be captured.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part is getting people to lean in and use it; I think getting a complimentary demo to my peers would have been helpful up front.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decisions based on 'hunches' or 'UX experience' are behind us. We also use for trouble shooting with customers, when they do something in our platform they didnt mean to do
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just set it up, its really easy, if you don't like it after the trial, then you probably just aren't in the mindset to use this data. But next time you need to make a UI decision with your designers, this tool will haunt you and you will realize you wish you could grab info for that decision.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is user-friendly. It is very easy to navigate and find information quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of details that each action provides. I would love to see what products are removed from the cart and not just a product that was removed in general. This would be a great feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Heap to verify actions that our customers make on their accounts. It definitely helps to confirm information like when they changed their next ship date. Keeps the customers honest.

This is better than Tableau!

Easy to use and consistent
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to jump right in to Heap and start using it. I found it intuitive and easy to work with. It provides the data I need and I can easily export it for other purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I dislike as it serves the purpose that I need it for. If I have to go deeper into the product in the future as an admin, my rating may change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have certain real time reporting that we need. Heap provides the data we need to do our jobs.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Heap is that it auto-captures everything, and you just have to go in and define it. I mainly use the Event Visualizer to define my events, and it's pretty easy to set up basic flows. There are obviously a lot of complex ways to use it, but it's pretty simple to get started out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could use more contextual help for some of the more complex things I'm trying to measure. I find myself triangulating what I see in the event visualizer, with definitions and use cases in the help center, and my website to ensure I'm on the right track. Of course, how does Heap know if what I'm trying to measure feels complex or not? There's not necessarily a simple answer here. But I guess more paths to find help would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Heap to measure everything! Heap is showing me what areas of my site get more use than others; which features got a lot of attention at launch; and where users drop off in some of the more complex workflows. I'm still getting the hang of Heap to be able to see clear before & afters, but Heap gives us a baseline that we didn't have before.
