Robust, user-friendly & intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integration through our existing implementation of Tealium -- we simply added a tag & had Auryc live on our staging environment in a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The actual portal for reviews/dashboard could use a face-lift/redesign to be a bit more data-driven on load & perhaps have a 'welcome dashboard' to review insights/feedback at high-level geared more for over-all performance/metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems were to gauge or identify cart abandonment & lower than usual average order value. We have realized different click-patterns due to the heat-maps provided & actually found an incredible checkout bug which has a very positive ROI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Leverage their trial offer, you will be surprised as to how many other metrics/data is captured replacing other 3rd parties you may currently also have.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Product Manager, the partnership I have with the team at Auryc has been extremely valuable. They are always open to request and keen to understand our business challenges and strategies so that they can provide us the data and insights to overcome challenges and achieve our business goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often need help from the team at Auryc to create my bookmarks because I am still getting accustomed to the user interface. It would be great if each user had their own bookmarks so that we don't overwrite each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Auryc team continues uncover reasons for mysterious declines in online conversion. We have been able to validate the results of A/B testing to determine the effects on micro-conversions that we could not measure with other tools. Auryc has also given us longed for insight into what consumers are seeking on the site. We no longer rely on what we sell to guide on what to merchandise. The customer feedback has also been a big help for us to understand struggles in the checkout path. This is the best tool for us to identify bugs that impact sell success.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a product to better understand your online customer journey, struggles and demands without procuring special hardware, licensing software and finding the illusive Tealeaf expert, consider Auryc a great alternative.

What do you dislike about the product?
None alarming - a few bugs like event collection, missing sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Auryc to understand product usage on two of our apps and our marketing websites.
We have been able to identify and know user patterns, draw insights and make product decisions based on that.

Make use of all features and connect with the team if you want custom features for your use, they will surely try and add it to your list.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is perfect for QA, understanding the data behind A/B testing, contextualizing customer feedback, and customizable click and pageview funnel analysis. Event tagging and analyzing is intuitive and any gaps in the tool are quickly answered by the Auryc's consulting services team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The BI/data visualization application in the tool can be limited at times and there are differences in Auryc's data and data from our main tag manager which calls into question the quality of data. Additionally, the videos can sometimes take a while to load, but ultimately is understandable given the high quality of the session replays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QA, A/B testing (web design confirmation and customer experience), funnel analysis (pageviews, click events, and other custom events), event tracking, collecting customer feedback, understanding shopping behavior patterns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Talk to Amod and his team, you will not find anyone more dedicated to providing your business with actionable insights you could not find without this tool.
Heap is a Fantastic Analytics Product!
What do you like best about the product?
I've used several analytics products and heap was hands down the best one. It was definitely one of the most usable & valuable tools in our workflow. As an sales associate, I could quickly look at the data and get a full picture of my conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could have used some work. Heap has great data, but definitely go for the Heap SQL package and analyze data in your own BI tool. It's been a while since I've used it, so they may have made updates since.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Heap provided me with the data I needed to move fast and iterate quickly. This was very important when trying to optimize my sales cycles and sell more goods.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is user-friendly and offers all of our insights in one place. We didn't have to wait days for data like we did with Google Analytics we started seeing data within an hour of installing it on our site.
What do you dislike about the product?
How hard it is to manage different sites our tracking code is installed on. I wish this would improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our data analytics problems and learning how customers use our site better and quicker with the data collected. We have been able to determine which products to launch and which ones to discontinue. It has also helped us design our site better around how users use our site and services.

What do you like best about the product?
Awesome customer service-- we regularly posed questions and had responses within the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was somewhat challenging to build reports that could align 1:1 with data from our old analytics tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to build reports that offered far more insight with less effort.

Heap helps us track the path each visitor takes on our website from entry to exit and time on each page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching and reporting is ok but could be a bit easier to use. Some of the search criteria isn't intuitive.

Heap helps us understand how visitors interact with our website so we can develop content and page flows that meet their needs better.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to define which events to track, instantly captures all interactions, Heap warehouse in redshift is a great way to get access to historical events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the heap-sql sync can run into issues but the heap support team is very useful and instantly help out in solving the issue

Auto tracking of all events; the ability to add events through visualizer, creating funnels.

I wish you had the ability to run experiments. It would be a dream!

Strongly recommend Heap. It logs every event / interaction users have with your product. You can get visibility into segments, funnels, cohorts and optimizing your users' experience. I'd be flying bling without Heap.
