A great product analytics tool helping you to make the right decisions
What do you like best about the product?
Heap is very simple to use and allows you to uncover a ton of insights. We used to use Google Analytics before, and this is incomparable. I particularly enjoy the fact that Heap captures everything by default and you can dig into it after, making it particularly useful when you want to dig into a topic you were not covering before to already have some rich data from clicks to pageviews and more. It really made the difference when we were trying to understand some blockers in our customer experience and has had a direct impact on our bottom line. It is also quite easy to scale across the company, we rapidly scaled to 20+ users on it even for users with limited previous data exposure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say on that front, honestly really pleased with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding what your users are doing on the website and where they are going is unvaluable. We uncovered a lot of pain points / drop-offs and understood also how users were proceeding through our flows which is sometimes different from what you have initially designed. We have graphs on our top performance metrics but also do some more granular analyses on customer actions.

Heap is a platform that enables us to us to get the numbers and transform those into a story. What was the customer doing at that point? How can we help him?
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Heap had a better sync to databases like Snowflake.

Customer Journey questions. We have been understanding the people that come to our websites better

Incredible Software And Support For Our Complex Tracking Needs
What do you like best about the product?
The support we have recieved from the Auryc team has been amazing.
The amount of data we can extract is phenomenal and gives us complete transparency of the entire user journey which for our industry is ALOT of separate sessions over 90 days on average.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is almost too much data (a downside of our industry and how many sessions we recieve) but we are working with the Auryc team to extract the most critical data and understand our users on a much deeper level
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have identified many major holes within our sales funnels, many areas in which we can improve our user engagement and many things that have been frustrating our users and undoubtedly affecting our conversion rates.
It has allowed us to really understand exactly how our audience engage with all of our different pieces of content, how they first find us, how they get bought back into our content and how they eventually make a purchase, or more importantly why they do not make a purchase.

White glove service, powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Auryc's developers are extremely attentive and responsive. Anytime I have a question or a want, they always work with me to find a solution! It's also great that the software has integrations for Google Analytics and Optimizely so I can see everything in one place and give additional qualitative and quantitative insights to our analyses. I also love how it's easy to filter to the web sessions that meet certain criteria, and within each session, the recordings skip idle time and are marked where events of interest occur so I don't have to waist time slogging through hours of recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps I'm a little too reliant on Auryc's staff to set things up? But perhaps that's just because I'm still learning. The UI is pretty intuitive and I imagine I'll be much more savvy in no time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting additional color to some of the analytics we see with Optimizely and Google Analytics. There are interesting user behaviors that we would NEVER have discovered by just looking at numbers. We have so many new test and design ideas thanks to Auryc.

Great Onboarding Experience
What do you like best about the product?
We have newly onboarded with Auryc and the team has been incredibly attentive, responsive and eager to find quick solutions as we discover how our business can best utilize brand insights. I was really impressed with the extra attention to ensure our immediate success! The visual elements to these insights are also easy to track and share with our customers. I also really appreciate the proactive communication that Auryc shares on their public slack channel to announce performance bugs or delays etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting features are not yet fully baked, but this is where the Auryc team has stepped up to immediately offer manual solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team has lacked proper reporting to manage our business. We finally have the tools to quickly analyze performance that is both visual with graphs and easy to share with CSV exports for filtering.

What do you like best about the product?
It is ideal for non-expert users because it has a nice easy and attractive interface, which allows it to quickly adapt to the needs of its users. It allows you to collect email addresses and thus know where the users or clients who visit our websites are from. Track events regarding your products and brands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the tools offer multiple functions that help to optimize the work processes and objectives of a company, but just as they have excellent functions, they also have a high cost, which is an extremely important factor in organizations, more than all in small companies, which are always willing to implement new tools and resources that contribute favorably to their objectives, that is, the tool is very productive but has a high cost that prevents its implementation in small Business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have implemented the tool in the organization's marketing department with the aim of obtaining better web traffic and knowing information that sometimes gets out of hand and overlooked. Thanks to Heap we monitor the events and user behavior regarding our products. At the same time we use it to export the contact details of our most potential clients and organize them according to the actions carried out or the pages visited. It is a very useful tool in our organization because it offers us the ability to collect reports on any action that users have on websites.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Heap is truly useful in the organization, therefore I would recommend to other users who are still unaware of this software to start incorporating it into their activities since it has productive and favorable functions in the achievements of the company. Through it you can capture every user interaction they have at the time of the visit on your web sites, carry out an event monitoring and program funnels to understand the flow and the loss of users.

No major dislikes with the product. Would like more training or educational resources on how to create some of the more custom reports

- Analytics. We use several tools for analytics, but Auryc is probably the main source of knowledge about customer sessions and site journeys;
- Web site troubleshooting. With Auryc we can figure out what exactly happened in negative scenarios from customer perspective, so we can identify and fix site errors quickly;

Auryc is very helpful for technical and analytics teams. The platform will probably bring the most value for complex web applications with lots of customers

What do you like best about the product?
Auryc is by far the most powerful analytics tool we have in our marketing technology stack. We use Auryc in tandem with robust enterprise level tools like Google Analytics/Tag Manger 360.
The features and functionality of Auryc can go head-to-head with any competitor, and the versatility/maturity of the features continues to evolve on a very regular basis. We use all facets of the tool, including but not limited to session replays, heatmapping, on-site surveys, goal funnel analyses, reverse goal path analyses, event tracking, etc.
With that said, my favorite part about working with Auryc is the tremendous team and superior customer support they provide. I candidly would be satisfied with the quality of the software, but the customer service and dedicated support teams make the partnership even that much more invaluable.

To be honest, my list of "dislikes" of the tool is rather non-existent. I candidly wish I could hire a dedicated resource on my team internally to spend dedicated time to even further leverage our investment in the tool. That's how valuable we believe Auryc is.

Ensure you or your team can dedicate the appropriate amount of time to truly leverage the tremendous insights the platform provides. There can be a lot of data made available, so ensure your internal team knows how to leverage it to solve your business needs.
Powerful Tool to Gather Robust Audience Insights
What do you like best about the product?
Auryc is an extremely powerful all-in one audience analytics tool. You can conduct onsite surveys, collect feedback and dig into the customer journey. The heatmap and session data is really interesting to dig into, as well as the session replays. Having used other competitors I can say that Auryc feels more robust. However, where they really shine is their customer service. Overall, I've been really impressed by how hands-on and responsive customer support is. Our dedicated points of contact are always willing to help get surveys set up and conduct ad-hoc trainings set up for new team members. It is a true white glove experience, which makes the tool a joy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the amount of information you have available can be overwhelming and finding how to pull specific insights can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auryc allows me to take a deep dive into the customer journey-- particularly any pain points they might run into along the way. Additionally, I'm able to poll site visitors on about what features they find important and other decision making criteria. Being able to watch user sessions helps to reveal where customers might be getting stuck, which allows you to develop a strategy to combat and address onsite.

Auryc gives you the power to understand your customer at a deeper level. Don't be afraid to leverage their customer support team, They are excellent and always willing to help you use the tool to its fullest potential.
