Auryc - Next Level Session Reply Tool - a must for site owners
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, it's a must-have in your web toolbox; being able to get actionable insights in almost realtime is fantastic, others we have tried in the past do not compare to Auryc, I would highly recommend for any site owner, If you want to know how your visitors are behaving on your site, Auryc is for you. Support is great as well

there are so many feautures, i don't have enough time

We can find usability issues with our application that without Auryc it would be a lot of manual work

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing tool. The ability to quickly view session replays or heatmaps for specific journeys/landing pages is superior to any other product on the market. The insights section allows you to build custom reports and events quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't necessarily call this a dislike, more of a call out that it's quite a powerful tool and the interface definitely has a bit of a learning curve. With so many features and functions, it takes a minute to get up to speed. Well worth your time!

We are trying to optimize paid media landing pages to increase conversion. We have been able to acquire actionable insight through Auryc and changes made have led to significant improvements in ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
Happy with this product, this allows me to gain insight on how users are interacting with our platform, what actions they are taking.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not direct way to query the exact clicks that users are taking in the platform, I have to build an ugly sql query to surface this information

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives you the ability to create funnels for various events and lets you track drop offs at each stage of the funnel. WOnderful product for product teams to reduce drop off at each stage of the product. It would have been even more wonderful, if it does some of the tasks like a hotjar or vwo does and gives the ability to A/B test various flows in the product
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. It is a great product but might be a bit costly. The integrations with snowflake or other tools if given on a cheaper price for smaller organisations would be wonderful

It helps us answer a lot of questions with regard to the product like how customers use our product, understand where they are facing issues and even helps us prioritize tasks. Great tool for product designers, marketers and managers
Easy-to-use no-code product analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
Heap has a very intuitive platform that requires zero development support to track and analyze key events that users take within your product. I love how I can setup a comprehensive dashboard for a feature to help my team measure success of new enhancements or brand new product launches. Furthermore, Heap provides suggested analysis and reports to help you consider ways to look at usage data you may not have considered yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a blessing and a curse, but there is so much functionality in Heap that sometimes I feel like I'm not leveraging it fully. For example, there is a "Live" feature that provides a live stream of user events with long the product. I'm sure they built it for a reason, but I'm not sure how to best use that feature to help my team achieve its goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above, I am a PM and use this to aid in discovery work as well as tracking success of new feature and product deployment. It has also been helpful to analyze the MAU and general engagement across our entire platform.

I love the UI, as well as the many features Heap has to offer. I also love the support that you guys provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had some trouble at the beginning in terms of connecting it to our data warehouse.

Where our customers originally come from. This helps us a ton in terms of knowing where to target our ads.
Auryc is Awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
Auryc is excellent - it's got a relatively small learning curve and is pretty easy to use. They have a great team interested in your success; I've given them different reporting that I'm looking for, and it's never been a problem. They have been able to provide solutions that meet or exceed my expectations. We have also asked for different integrations with pieces of our marketing stack, and so far, we haven't been able to stump the team. I appreciate that the team is responsive and will often give same-day responses with solutions or finding time on my calendar to hop on a quick call.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my usage of Auryc I haven't run into any situation that the team hasn't been quick to respond to and help me get my answers. I don't give 10's very often and will say I have been delighted with our current partnership with Auryc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auryc provides insight into how our customers interact with our website. Auryc gave us the ability to track things that we may not have thought to follow before. Using the event creator to create custom events for tracking on our website allowed us to dive further into optimization efforts. Some of the additional error reporting was an added benefit as it opened our eyes to areas of improvement that were lower-hanging fruits.

You should look into Auryc further if you want more insight into how users interact with your website.
