DAM specialist
What do you like best about the product?
- As an Australia based customer, it is good to be dealing with the team that based the same timezone. Even better to be able to meet in person.
- Office 365 connections stand out compared to other DAMs.

What do you dislike about the product?
From the DAM perspecitve, Adobe Integration for creative workflows needs imporvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single source of truth of conent production.
Good Overall Product
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, this product has been good for our company. The uptime has been great as I've never had issues with the system being down. Customer service with our account rep has also been good. The product does what it says as advertised for keeping our assets straight.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few operational nuances and bugs that have come up with using the software. For example, the uploader can get randomly stuck and wipe out all of your progress, but this has become more stable over time. The approvals section for new assets could use massaging. One of the biggest issues is the view for Assets vs Folders. People have to switch between the two, and it gets confusing to end users when they're not paying attention. Lastly, I wish they did all-inclusive pricing with everyone receiving the same roles to upload with administrative responsibility going to a few select users. When you run a company with 7000+ people, it's hard to justify spending money for individual licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a DAM for our company because the assets were beginning to be too much to hold on Google Drive. When you have 120+ locations, there needed to be a central location to get all of the data.
Assets finally organized & easy to find!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate, allows for filtering to find exactly what you need, and offers AI auto-tagging so that we can easily search for words or phrases and find photos that match.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to be able to decide what view is the default view (assets not in a folder vs. folders view). The software's default view is assets not in a folder which is slightly confusing for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Considering the amount of assets our company has, it used to be a struggle to find certain assets and a lot of items would get lost or forgotten. With Intelligence Bank, it's easy to find what we're looking for using the quick search function and the AI auto-tagging.
Not great for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how IntelligenceBank allowed there to be a centralized place to keep all digital assets and even gave you the chance to edit those assets right there in their system.
What do you dislike about the product?
For project management, it really didn't have what my organization needed. It was simply a ticket submission tool that gave all information for the project in one place and nothing more. I needed something that would help update and make action items to those projects and IB didn't have that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a place to track project submissions and keep our marketing requests organized. It did that, but not much more.
Great way to keep all company photos together
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and its really useful for us in the marketing department because I can easily find the photos I need of projects to add them to our proposals and other marketing projects we do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't love about IntelligenceBank is that the auto-tagging software tags random things when you use the option. It will be a picture of a baseball field, and it will tag items that are not related to the baseball field. So that makes it more difficult to find things since we can't use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to keep all of our company photos in the same place. Without it, I don't even want to know how we would keep track of all our projects, events, and company meeting photos.
Easy, intuitive and great interface!
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use, the UI was designed with all familiarities, well-thought. Even if you haven't done the training, you can intuitively use them.
The search function works well; it saves us heaps of time when looking at our millions of assets. What used to take hours now can be achieved in minutes!

What do you dislike about the product?
I like almost everything about Intelligence Bank Software. What I wish they had is to have reversed search images or geo-tagging based on GPS location. But they have listened and put these wishlists in their roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IntelligenceBank solved our issues with collaboration and finding the right assets in a fraction of the time. It has increased our productivity and eliminated the pain points of managing millions of assets with multiple brands.
Great program to store media but needs improvement in the search process.
What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful in the way we can organize and uploads large amounts of media. It also allows us to tag images which help us get to a desired image faster without going through the whole gallery.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I wish can improve is the way we navigate through searching for a folder. Rather than having a slide bar, there should be an alphabet list where we can click on a letter to find the specific folder much quicker.

IntelligenceBank allows us to organize our files and upload large amounts of media. It also helps me find files much faster, allowing me to get more work done.
Comprehensive Asset Management, with Great Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Using IntelligenceBank in my organization helps all teams quickly grab the files and assets needed, while ensuring brands and products are always up-to-date. Anytime I've needed help with the platform, they're customer support team is amazing at troubleshooting and fixing features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving/uploading files is clunky for 2023, with minimal drag-and-drop capabilities in the browser version (unsure about native desktop apps).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IntelligenceBank Marketing Software allows everyone in the organization, spread across timezones and continents, to have access to the same files/assets. This helps integration across all marketing and marketing-adjacent departments to remain in sync with new products and updates.

Bulk import of assets into IntelligenceBank was a bit more involved than we had hoped.

Prior to using IntelligenceBank, we did not have a way to centralize all marketing assets in one secure, easily accessible repository. We now use IntelligenceBank as our “single source of truth” for the most up-to date marketing content.

The Intelligence Bank Customer Success Team has the business intelligence and data modeling expertise to be a true partner in design, planning, and implementation.

The look and feel are more like a database and less like a big font, big graphic mobile app.
