5 STAR experience and product
What do you like best about the product?
The ser interface and autotagging feature are both remarkable.
What do you dislike about the product?
the inability to drag and drop assets between folders.

Intelligence Bank Allows us to provide our global network of Franchisees with assets & support!
What do you like best about the product?
The customization factor allows us to give identity to our brand capsule, so that our global franchisee network can identify quickly and easily that they are in the right place! We can also tailor each user's experience depending on what region or market they are in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a new desktop upload program would be extremely beneficial for users like myself, who are administrators of the plaform, but are not graphic designers who are used to uploading/sending/sharing larger and complex folders of creative assets. Having the desktop uploader allows for quicker asset uplaoding and fewer errors/oversights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IntelligenceBank has solved one of the most difficult problems we face - TIME! With the existence of our cloud-based asset library, we can avoid the constant emails from filed employees asking for assets/photography/templates/etc. We also avoid the 1-2 day turnaround time due to the many different time zones that we opporate in!
Implementation has been seamless.
What do you like best about the product?
The software is intuitive, our customers are not tech savy, IB helped us roll out a DAM that they could use. The implementation team has excellent processes
What do you dislike about the product?
Having just finished the implementation stage we have no dislikes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a DAM solution that would make it easier for our customers to search and access creative assets. Our customers are not tech savvy and they are already using the software.
Just what we needed!
What do you like best about the product?
The service we've had from the very start of the sales process to now, implementing our new DAM. The IB team have been with us every step of the way. The platform is easy to use and has all the features we were after and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
In comparison to other competitor products that were demo'd for us, we don't have any dislikes! We're waiting to roll out organisation-wide for feedback from people with minimal experience using DAM's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The IB software is helping us meet compliance requirements, filing, storage and sharing (in a controlled way) as well as leveraging the use of our assets that we've invested time and money in.
Put it this way, things get messy when we don't use IB

Resources and deployment in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides. It is a wonderful tool that saves us time.

Major time and face-saving tool. Fast access to the right assets, streamlined approvals, one-click deployment and handy reference for later.
IntelligenceBank is exactly what my company needed!
What do you like best about the product?
I like everything, from the filters to the search capability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would improve the sort capabilities. I would like to be able to sort by size. For example, today I need very large size cosmology images to design some very large posters. I know I can use the filters to filter out the small images. But I would like to sorting capability to include the size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we searched for images on a server. I organized them so I could find them easily. However, others had trouble finding them. Now everyone is happy!
Exceptional and Still Growing
What do you like best about the product?
Intelligence Bank makes it easy to manage and edit a myriad of assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could edit multiple thumbnails for assets all at once and also new tabs could be opened when copying an internal link. A shortlist!

Organization and hierarchy problems are being solved.

I like that it is a well organized place to keep things

It takes a lot longer than using google drive

having one place to go where everyone can get digital assets and have a search capability
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Find a way that you can easily upload. Perhaps the google extension on chrome
What I have seen of Intelligence Bank so far has been great, but I need more time working with it
What do you like best about the product?
We are still at the beginning stages of working with Intelligence Bank, so I haven't had much time to really get to know how it works on a day-to-day basis. So far, I think the most useful tool is the search function and I look forward to seeing how this can help us as a business once we are finally all set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Again, I haven't had much time to work with Intelligence Bank. We are still at the stage of uploading everything, I haven't had the opportunity to find any dislikes with the program yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our design files are currently based on our server with files that are not organised and are hard to navigate, especially for new people or people in a different business section to us. We are really hoping to get all of our assets in one place with easy to navigate folders for everyone in the business to have access to. This in time, will mean that there will be less requests to the marketing team for simple tasks.
Improvements Needed
What do you like best about the product?
Nice search functionality on homepage and preview features on assets. Overall good administrative features.
What do you dislike about the product?
General performance improvements are needed sitewide and the platform needs to improve some features when dealing with large requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning what works for our business needs and what doesn't.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
IntelligenceBank is good for organizations with smaller amounts of assets. The platform is overall good for dealing with groups up to 150 assets.
