Less pain more gain
What do you like best about the product?
Quick implementation without any pain and quick mitigation plans by prioritizing the things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find any reason to dislike ERP as it was solved most of my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
used this tool to asses the user data without any manual intervention.
Year-over-year growth shows the company success.
What do you like best about the product?
IT risk management tool and awareness is good and ERP products are user friendly compared to others. I recommend my counterparts and supervisors to use ERP products.

As the most of the users work in IT industry content can be made more clear and knowledgeable with new enhancements.

We used ERP IT Risk Management to educate and to have awareness in risk management.

What do you like best about the product?
Well, we are very happy because our process has to changed since the beginning and ERP Maestro help us: using workflows and notifications, their risk analysis, and the automatic provisioning. Actually your solution provide us more information and analytics that we haven't explored and review, we will do more gradually. And your university and webinars are great, I have participated in a couple and get some answers for doubts about using the tool.
The EAM, it´s very easy to configure, and it help us every time that we have and emergency in the businness.

What do you dislike about the product?
Your support, now a days, I still have a couple of open incidents without solution and nobody has answered my calls. I guess that your priority has to be other than help your clients. Nobody has talked with us to tell us what else we can do, probably to get a road map about we can do with ERP Maestro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using workflows and notifications, their risk analysis, and the automatic provisioning. We didn´t have a SOD, and with ERP Maestro we are sure that we get a complete answer to asure to our company a minimun risk. In Cotemar right now we are changing our process to do it easy and agile for our users.

What do you like best about the product?
ERP Maestro is an excellent tool for supporting the monitoring of internal controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being honest, I think I don't find anything I dislike about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest benefit was to make the conflicts in task allocation visible.

ERP Maestro is an excellent tool for solving segregation of duties (SOD) conflict issues.

Not all audit reports are available that I need, but new ones are being released every quarter.

I primarily use the product for EAM access provisioning and SOD conflict reviews.

- I really liked how easy it is to implement and how easy it is to use each of its modules.
- The practicality of its reports to detect conflicts at the role and user level.
- Its constant improvement updates and the speed with which its support team assists us.
- The guides for implementing each of the processes seem to me to be good support material to start using each of its modules.

What do you dislike about the product?
At first, I didn't like the way the extracts were obtained, but they have also improved in that aspect.
The conflict reports are not so easy to understand for users who do not have a technical profile.
On some occasions, access was not properly granted in secure provisioning, but that has also improved a lot and we almost no longer have incidents in that regard.

We have implemented a more suitable secure provisioning process according to the company's policies.
We have detected and reorganized our roles to reduce access conflicts in AP that existed before ERP Maestro.

I highly recommend it because it is a tool that is easy to implement and use, delivering results in a very short time.

What do you like best about the product?
How interactive the ERP Maestro team is with us. We recently had a feedback call for 2018 and a roadmap for 2019, which not many of my vendors do at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to hold a conference! It'd be great to meet with other users or to hear from the folks of ERP Maestro in person to get the most from the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ERP Maestro is great for auditing our SAP usage for SOX compliance and has made life way easier.
