SailPoint delivers a very in-depth solution to Identity Management!
What do you like best about the product?
SailPoint has helped us align our Identity Management with our Security guidelines and procedures. It has helped us reach the compliance goals that we have also been struggling with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a ton of training needed to fully understand and utilize the product to its full potential. All the training offered to use the product is free, but you need to pay for more training to gain a better understanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SailPoint has solved our main issue with User Access Reviews for SOX compliance. It had never been conducted correctly at my company for years before I started here. Many fines were assessed yearly for Compliance failures until we implemented SailPoint.

What do you like best about the product?
Fully customisable IAM tool. Solves all IAM requirements like SSO, Fedration, cloud etc,.

As of now I haven't faced any problems or issues with SailPoint

What do you like best about the product?
Sailpoint SaaS management tool is very convenient as it eliminates the requirement of manual intervention. It can be used to discover your entire SaaS footprint, including unauthorized or hidden applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point not much to dislike in this application. Only thing that can improve is the process of customisation of the product as per the clients needs. Other than that everything is better than the competition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
mostly tracking the licences that are not used by anyone this saves us a lot of cost.

What do you like best about the product?
Effectiveness to deal with all use cases and scenarios of identity management, access governance and system integration using OOTB connectors and the flexibility to create custom integrations using REST and SCIM connectors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The IdentityNow product allows minimal customizations which becomes the bottleneck sometimes as the OOTB way of achieving some requirements is also not available.

The user interface is not friendly. It is hard to find what we need to do next to manage access to the software.

What do you like best about the product?
Sailpoin t is a good application. We use it for our IAM activities. Wehave automated most of the tasks in the sailpoint application which helps us with our daily tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool serves the purpose for which it was developed. The sailpoint application is very easy to work with and takes less system memory. Overall this is a good application so less issues to point out

We use this for our IAM issues. Access request and revoke and user access review are automated with the help of sailpoint application. It helps us with our audit logs as well

We used sailpoint for self service password reset, entitlement request, application request, governance group creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Life cycle updates was not configured properly, we use to run script manually.

Creating governance group, life cycle update, password reset and maintaining self service dashboard.

SailPoint puts out forward-thinking products and has a great team of people driving the organization forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how much it has exposed challenges in our environment. It has required a shift in thinking (for the better) in how we make decisions about software investments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized access reviews have created excellent standardization. We have automation in place for new hires and terminations that saves much manual work. We are embarking on a Role initiative this year and the insights provided by SailPoint's suite of tools have been incredibly valuable.

They are the best in the business. Trust your partnerships with your implementation.

Customer Success team is always a strong advocate for the customer. Great management practices of tracking open issues and providing escalations when necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, SP does not deliver on promised deadlines for roadmap functionality.

Setting firm dates for the Epic SER connector would be a good start.
