What do you like best about the product?
Cloud Academy has provided a treasure trove of valuable applicable learning and hands on application of cloud securty operational Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP). Hands down this is the number one platform to learn and develop cloud technologies, services and features, acrosss vendor specific environments--AWS, AZURE, GCP, and more. Cloud Academy is certainly an valuable investment in your future professional and career development. I have not encountered any issues with connectivity or accessabilty to learning platform and environment.

I have not a single dislike, issue, or concern thus far with Cloud Academy. Please keep up the amazing work.

I consider that they include courses about Salesforce. I would like to learn tools like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The courses I've been taking have been very informative and through on all of the knowledge I need for the certification I am taking. It is better than other course I have taken. In particuliar the labs have been very good at help me understand the material.

I wish I was able to follow along a transcript as the video's are played.
However, they do have the transcript, I jest need tom copy it and reformat it to be able to use it. not ideal but doable.

Learning Experience at cloud academy
What do you like best about the product?
Video lectures are pretty good. They are comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I disliked is that the slides for every video lectures were not provided. Slides helps in making notes and during revision it is helpful to go through the slides. Since, there are numerous video lectures therefore it becomes difficult the make hand-notes. It would be great if slides are provided as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud academy provides the updated and the comprehensive theory in the domain of AI/ML/DL and DevOps. Being a AWS machine learning speciality enthusiast I don't have to look for different websites or Online learning platform for the course materials. The video lectures are very good and also useful learning references are providded.

To be very honest i dont have much but there are small glitches happend to me when im using labs.

Intuitive Learning Platform, Needs Regular Updates
What do you like best about the product?
I find QA USA very helpful for learning online because of its intuitive interface and easy login process. Once I'm logged in, I can easily browse my courses, whether by searching for a specific course name or looking at career or learning paths. QA USA offers various ways to search, which is really helpful. What I truly like most is the integration of labs into every lesson. These labs involve active interaction with the material, which helps a lot more with learning compared to just watching videos. It allows me to actually get hands-on practice after gaining knowledge from a concept, making it much more beneficial and helping me retain the information better. Also, setting up QA USA was very easy; I just accepted an invite and created my credentials, and I was in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have big problems or any problems really with QA USA. I've just realized that on some of their labs, you may run into errors because probably the labs haven't been updated in a while or they don't have the latest relevant information to enable you to complete or go through the lab. So sometimes I have to go to a different environment of my own to try to finish that out on my own. It's basically, like, a content issue, so it's about updating the content on the labs.

I use QA USA to learn any content online easily. It's intuitive, offering many search options for courses. The integration of labs in lessons is very helpful for practical learning, reinforcing the concepts better.
