Amazing platform to learn.
What do you like best about the product?
Highly proficient and professional faculty.

Trivial errors not a big issue. But once reported the content gets immediately corrected by team.

An Effective Training Platform for End-users and Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud Ademy's approach in the training is straightforward. As a learner, you do not have to spend several hours discussing irrelevant topics that you are not needed when executing activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not say that I don't like it, but for those learners who will start from scratch, there will be some challenges for them to know, especially since they will be looking for the fundamental topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud Academy has provided a virtual lab which greatly helped in the learning curve. Not everyone can set up their own lab environment, but Cloud Academy has generously gave access to their subscription, so there will be hands-on while learning.

The practise test was really helpful and especially multiple times doing it give is a better understanding about the concepts

Excellent platform for IT, cloud, and security professional development
What do you like best about the product?
The plethora of training covers many subjects, utilising different means of learning from short videos, practical labs, quizzes and tests. The skills dashboard also helps determine your skill level and areas for improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The job roles field does not include any direction for users interested in cloud security. Cloud Academy could introduce a cloud security role with training recommendations covering the security aspects for protecting AWS, Azure, and Google.

Cloud Academy provides a solution for upskilling and professional development while keeping its content up to date with the current trends in the IT and cloud space.

- Quality of the videos, explanation is on point, the graphics used to visualize the content in the videos is awesome
- Labs!! Seeing/listening to a video is one thing, but to have so many labs available to put that knowledge in practise is invaluable

What do you dislike about the product?
- Honestly this would be really nit picky, because I'm a big fan of Cloud Academy, but sometimes I'm not sure where to go next because cetain content (for example AWS serverless lambda courses) are in multiple learning paths
- Being able to mark a course as complete without watching it. I completed a learning path and skipped basic courses on html/css/js because I've been doing that for years and know it already, but now the entire learning path is not 100% (and as a completionist it feels off)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a full stack engineer and want to improve my skills to deploy and automate the services that I've built. I'm also sure that I will be much more valuable if I have AWS Cloud certifications together with my existing full stack knowledge.
