The best training content for Cloud Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud Academy helped me to develop my cloud skills on AWS and Azure platforms. The content is excellent, the interface is easy to use, the training paths guides you. Having access to the cloud platform within the Cloud Academy subscription makes even easier for students to put the hands on practice. Awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I didn't find anything I dislike. The pricing is fair considering the quality of content available. However, for Brazilian standards, thinking about developers looking for training, it is a little expensive. Providing content in Portuguese will attract a larger audience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep up to date with cloud platforms is not a easy task. Having the ability to study anywhere/anytime, with in depth content, and guidance, this solves the most challenging problem for busy professionals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Given the large content available and all with good quality, sometimes is hard to keep focus on what you need. My suggestion is to use the training paths to guide you through the content.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use the console for labs is brilliant and keeps costs down. Having different lecturers for different subjects means you don't get bored with the same voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little slow to switch between modules and one or two of the modules need to be updated as the console interface has changed since they were created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I intend to use my newly gained skills to change my career direction and to become certified.

It covers subjects in more depth than other online training providers

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud Academy has great content and labs. I also like the variety of cloud vendors and learning paths for exams. The videos are very well produced and the contributors have demonstrated to have the ability and knowledge that I was looking for. The possibility to work with hands on labs make the learning process easier and more effective, because you are going to find those labs in almost all intermediate exams. Normally, without Cloud Academy will be difficult to have this level of engagement and real life experience. This community has been helping me so much to develop my skills as Cloud Specialist.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to say so far... The only thing is the languages. I believe you can improve even more with more content in Portuguese and Spanish. Also I did not find the learning path for the Azure DevOps Expert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With cloud academy I was able to pass the AZ-900 and AWS Fundamentals exams. Now I'm studying for the AZ-103. Also I've been studying for the AZ-300 and AZ-301 exams, which is going to be a great achievement in my career. Those exams are mandatory for Microsoft Specialists role.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You are about to enter into a great content hub, with a huge variety of videos, tests and labs as well. If you have people that need to improve the knowledge about Azure, AWS and Google Cloud, you are at the right place.

Great for learning with hands-on experience
What do you like best about the product?
Not just the content, but the flow of tutorials and hands-on exercise are adding much to my learning experience. Watching a video doesn't aid me to remember, but the hands on experience that cloud academy provides is remarkable . I'm able to focus on more certification oriented to learn and grow in my career . The variety of courses is good, I love the fact there's a lot of content for open source technology as well.

Nothing as such. Looking forward for more tutorials on open source tools

I'm able to maintain a fast learning curve and prepare for several certifications successfully with help you cloud academy platform.

Some tutorials can be updated more often as technologies like AWS is updating everyday.

The variety of courses and its complexity and quality to provide us the most deep knowledge on tools and Technologies we need to cope with every day!

In my case I´ve had some problems to do the exams. I was not able to move from one question to another. I´ve had to do the test by using cloud Academy mobile app.

cloud Security is something very importante to my current role and cloud Academy brought me up a lot of relevant information for my day by day duties.

The in-depth content provided by experienced instructors. The easy interface, and the learning paths are fantastic to help you keep your focus on the skills you need. I can easily build a study plan to achieve my goals, and track my progress using Cloud Academy platform. In addition, there is an open channel with support team and instructors, you can use to submit your questions, and get the proper guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! I'm using Cloud Academy as my personal training platform, and I keep looking for something to improve, however, I didn't see anything to suggest.

Improve my skills on cloud, in my case, specifically on Azure platform. I'm also using Cloud Academy to prepare myself for professional certification exam.

You can use Cloud Academy to improve your developers skills, build specific training paths to address your needs, and track the progress of your employees using an easy-to-use interface.
Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
The cloud academy is a great plataform for cloud students. It presents a vast up to date content, very well organized courses with a great experience of giving to the student the opportunity to use the real cloud environments of Azure and AWS (these are the one that I have some experience with)
What do you dislike about the product?
For me the price is a little hard to pay. I'm not saying that it is unfair. The cloud academy is great but at this moment I'm just not able to pay for it. I believe that this is a hard problem for people that leave in other countries whose dollar is not the official currency. I have many colleagues that loved the cloud academy content and courses but also don't have conditions to pay the very fair price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I did the kubernetes certified kubernetes administrator course. It was a little outdated but the overall experience was very interesting. The hands on labs are a great way to improve the student skills. I just loved the way that cloud academy platform connects to azure console or google cloud console and aws to give to the student the opportunity to test in practice the public cloud environments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe that this plataform is just great. The mobile app is very handful and the usability and user experience is amazing. If I had the money to invest, certainly I would do that.
Self paced learning with practical labs and informative videos
What do you like best about the product?
I like the dashboard where you can see your progress through and assignment and the links out to expand your learning on particular courses. The hands on labs really help cement your knowledge.
The variety of topics available for learning is very extensive and I also like the way the the course content is regularly updated.
I did leave some feedback on one course, about it being to quick and I was pleased to get an quick response from the author and I did feel connected to them.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think for some of the courses there are a lot of modules and if you cant commit good chunks of time to learning, sometimes the exams question can refer to topics you covered a while back. This is more of a time management issue rather than the course. However I swear I have had a few exam questions whose answers were not on the course.
The course updates are great, however I have had a situation where I had to leave a module partially completed and when I returned to it, some of the content had been updated so I had to revisit it. To be fair this just reinforced what I learnt and second time around I realised how much I had learnt from the first run. I suggest you see a module through once you start it.

Very occasionally I have had buffering issues on the video, but I have no idea if that is related my company's bandwidth or the Cloud Academy servers; I am in the UK.
These issues are short lived and and its easy to return to where you left off, if you pause and return to it later.

This is a fantastic tool for training your staff. Easy to use at home or at work; even on your mobile, allowing for self paced learning.
The content is exhaustive and up to date and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Helped me deep dive in to cloud platforms
What do you like best about the product?
The lab sessions helped to practice and implement what I learnt in theory. The instructions were clear enough that at one shot I was able to complete the lab sessions. Also for programming languages like Java and Python the quiz question standards are appreciable and helped brush up my basics
What do you dislike about the product?
Presenters voice sometimes are feeble or little monotonous that makes us lose interest in the session. This might be due to network issues or specific to few sessions

Certification path. I am planning for AWS certified professional. I want to switch my career path to Devops. Cloud academy is helping me achieve the big goal
