Simple and Genuine Explanation for CKAD Preparation
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the Lab. The simulation and environment to create container is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am expecting Real Scenario based questions, Instead of MCQ's. That would be giving more confident while attempting the real Exam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apart from preparing for my CKAD Exam, I am also feel confident enough with the playground provided by Cloud Academy to get a feel of real container and ECS service provided by AWS. With these tools i am able to solve problems which i was facing in my organization projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend Cloud Academy to my friends and Colleague, The course contents are really awesome and good. Especially the labs and simulation gives you the practical knowledge and confident to approach any live scenarios.
A great way to improve your skillset over lunch
What do you like best about the product?
With cloud academy I have found it very easy to jump in and out of learning content making it ideal for lunch breaks or short bits of downtime through out the day. The video content is backed up by strong hands-on lab sessions that allow me to apply what I've seen in the video content without requiring a local setup meaning I can follow along on my tablet or non development environments.
The hand-on labs are really easy to follow along with keeping me engaged in learning the content. They make it easier to see how I will apply the knowledge to a real life scenario.

What do you dislike about the product?
As an individual user I don't have many dislikes for the platform, everthing I've expected from the platform has been availabe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main goal in using Cloud Academy was to upskill in devops. The content that has been available has helped me smash these goals way sooner that I was expecting. When looking to do certifications the exam prep and hand-on labs are a great feature. Over competitors I found that what I learn with Cloud Academy is sticking much better and I have the confidence to apply the knowledge in real scenarios much faster
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have been recommending Cloud Academy to colleagues, if you're looking for learning content for anything to do with cloud providers such as AWS, GCS, Azure or if you're looking to upskill in the devops area then I have found Cloud Academy the best place to do it after using multiple other content providers.
Great learning platform with wide range of topics. Modern look and behavior.
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud Academy servers wide range of topics. I could find a lot of interesting topics on the platform. You can specify your weekly or monthly progress. Videos are in high quality. I like hands on exercises that are very involving. Up to date topics on the platform. When you successfully complete the course and pass the exam you gain a nice diploma. I could join some free online webinars last year for free. You can also learn using mobile application while you are travelling. Someone else like your manager can assign you courses. You can set your deadline and the amount of time to study per week and then track your progress, it's very motivating.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more hands-on exercises than only watching videos. Some courses are sometimes repetitive. Platform should better advertise new courses. They should introduce e-mail notifications about courses based on your interests. Some courses are very time consuming. Some questions on the final exam are very difficult to answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve my knowledge on wide range of topics. Break from regular work to learn something new. Update your current knowledge or address new questions that arise during your work. You can work on your personal goals during the year together with your manager or team leader. You can share your course list with your coworker so you can both learn at the same time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Search for interesting topics that would fit to your needs. This is a bit similar to Pluralsight platform.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all i would like to say that course content were very good, instructor were really good and explains everything very nicely and hands on lab really help to gain practical knowledge and helps individual to implement things side by side . Quiz really help me to check what I have learned from the course and also help me to boost my confidence level. Quiz covers question from basics to advance and checks individual knowledge and understanding about the subject. Cloud Academy also send learning remainders through email to help individuals to be focused and motivated towards there learning and never miss there learning. My overall experience was very good and I would like to thanks cloud academy for helping me to gain knowledge. I would be very happy to continue learning more courses and adding feature to my knowledge.

As of now i don't feel any dislike , aws cloud videos are good with hands on lab to feel practically while learning. In addition to videos and labs Quiz were really helpful tp check the concepts what we learn throughout the course.

With great content about different technology Cloud Academy is helping the individual to learn different and new technologies that are in demand nowdays in the market to boost up there career, Aws course on cloud academy help me to gain knowledge about aws services, finally helping me to use my aws knowledge while doing project.

I would likely recommended Cloud Academy who are willing tp learn aws cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way courses in cloudacademy are structured. You can start a pursuit for a certification or a skill and the course structure allows you to progress in well defined manner. Additionally, if you want to only do a few modules from a course just as a refresher you can do that too. I like the length of the videos as well. Most of the videos are not very long and are made with average attention span in mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more courses on software development and coding. The courses are focussed on cloud in general, however, building applications require writing code and having courses on various programming languages will definitely be a big plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cloud landscape is changing rapidly and as a solutions architect I find it hard to keep up with the new products. CloudAcademy videos help me tremendously in this endeavor. Additionally, the best way to learn is to do hands on. Having some defined tasks in hands on labs and hands on challenges is the perfect way to learn by doing.

Cloud Academy has the most wonderful resources for any professional lokking for to be the best in Cloud and DevOps.

I’m improving my knowledge in DevOps and containers like Docker and in a near future Kubernetes as well.

Oh there is so much coming every week it’s difficult to find enough time to catch up. So I end up loosing my weekend so my family time is gone.

Simple to use, clear and concise teaching videos with very few typos or other errors.

Sometimes difficult to find answers to specific questions or topics, so not a knowledge base as such.

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud Academy offers training in a variety of teaching formats. A long learning path is broken down into smaller shorter segments to make it easier to digest complex material. Typically training segments are less than 10 minutes in length which is great for people with ADD such as myself. Training is usually an interesting slide presentation with audio narration and/or a demo of the topic being discussed in a live Azure environment. Quiz questions are used to test your comprehension of the material along with preset labs in a test Azure environment for hands-on learning. I like the format and the way it's presented by experienced and knowledgeable trainers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more hands-on labs and more test quiz questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud computing is a rapidly changing technology, particularly Azure. I am using Cloud Academy to expand and update my technical skillsets.

What do you like best about the product?
The instructors are extremely qualified, know their subject, and articulate very well. (Some accents, but I think we can overlook that given the caliber of the teaching :))
What do you dislike about the product?
A few course are a little thin on the number of slides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beefing up my knowledge of cloud computing, and see how more traditional solutions now fit into the cloud environment.
