What do you like best about the product?
The customer communication is better now that we have Zendesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the WhatsApp visualization because it's confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Zendesk Support Suite is solving is the communication with costumers.

Great support, easy to create dashboards and queries.

The messaging bot is quite limited (flow builder).

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is how accurate the reports are. Every number can be extracted from Zendesk. Every emails sent to our customers can be tracked which is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when the Outbound recording does not include in the ticket. It happened multiple times when we do an outbound call to our customers, the outbound call recordingdoes not include in the ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its definitely solves the needs of our customers as it is the bridge between customer support and our healthcare professionals. Zendesk helps us communicate with both our client and healthcare professionals. It also helps us track the productivity, metrics, etc. of our employees.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way zendesk helps me solve my problems, it's very easy and most of the time very fast. It is dynamic and offers several tools to make my day to day easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can say that there isn't something that I don't necessarily like, because, until now, Zendesk has helped me with mastery in my daily tasks. The only point of improvement that I would point out would be the way to find all the available tools, sometimes you have to look a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, the company was having many, many problems communicating assertively with our customers. In addition to the fact that, many times this communication did not exist and our customers were extremely dissatisfied.

The practicality of communication with our customers, and also because it is very intuitive, bringing a greater understanding to our employees and also to our customers

In the same way that it is intuitive and simple to deal with, sometimes due to its simplicity it ends up not having much structure, but nothing difficult to improve.
