The tool is super powerful, and we are very happy with its capabilities. The support during setup was top-notch.

Because the tool is very powerful, flexible and capable, it does have an overwhelming amount of customization.

The automation of file push and pull from within and outside the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is very intuitive and easy to setup, enables you to connect with several data soruces unifying and analysing data and creation official documentations with it. Safest platform for all kind of data, no data loss is seen with this platform. Helps the users to extract and mine information from sources and enables you to creat and share the information within the servers and business partners. Integration with third party application is easy and the workflow gets more flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it isn't easy or takes more time to change the .NET file format to another. Not able to connect with the web applications easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its automation file-sharing features are so flexible and comprehensive.

The ease of setup and use. Many built-in connectors allow various connections to a wide range of data sources, repositories, sFTP, etc.
Support is also top-notch and provides help and feedback promptly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation can be lacking in some cases. It would be nice if there were more examples of how to perform specific tasks, such as setting up a Data Lake connector.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large data transfer jobs that are run on schedules with error handling and resume functionality built into the process. Utilizing GoAnywhere to handle tasks like this and automate many others has helped our business streamline processes.
Perfect and most intuitive tool for easy file transferring
What do you like best about the product?
The software has a great feature which enables you to track and manage all the file transfers at one place. The best thing about this software is that it requires less coding knowledge for the workflow. The tools are arranged in a great way and UI of this software is also very easy to use. With this software it is easy to integrate and share documentation with your business partners, vendors, CA, customers etc. The software includes several amazing connectors in it which are multipurpose tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no connector or feature available which allows you to change or transform the Domain Name system. It is quite disappointing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had been now easily able to transform the document type to XML and spreadsheet format as per our requirement. The service has resulted in automative file transmission, which sabes our time. Tracking and being able to monitor file transfer process has been great with this software, helping me and my employees a lot for sharing data and information with business partners and clients in fewer clicks.
GoAnywhere surpasses expectations
What do you like best about the product?
GoAnywhere offered Significantly more transfer opportunities than prior products. I have a virtually infinite number of endpoints internally and externally. This offering allows me to meet any of my customers requests.
Their documentation alone is worth the price of admission :) I haven't seen documentation this good in a LONG time.

What do you dislike about the product?
While easy to use, the admin web interface restricts me from doing some things more easily. simultaneously looking at resources, logs, and monitors is impossible without trying to use multiple web pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GoAnywhere has allowed me to simplify my MFT environment and provide more offerings for my customers. The combination of GoAnywhere with ClearSwift is exceptional, and I can offer more security for BOTH inbound (virus checking) and outbound (prevention of PCI data) transfers.

GoAnywhere helps me manage a variety of disparate systems at my job. With several cloud-based systems and an on-prem Oracle EBS application, GoAnywhere allows me to fit a square peg in a round hole.

Because of the functional nature of GoAnywhere projects, inconsistent behaviors can occur during project execution. Typically, this isn't a problem, but it can lead to some real head-scratching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GoAnywhere allows our organization to perform data interfacing between disparate applications effectively. GoAnywhere allows us to accept HR information from UKG and feed it into our local EBS instance for accounting. GoAnywhere allows us to move files from U.S. Customs into our database. Without it, I would be forced to manage a large number of batch files.

Honestly, what I've liked most about GoAnywhere MFT lately is its focus on automation. It's no longer just about moving files, but about integrating them into larger business processes.
For example, Cloud Connectors are a huge advancement. With them, we can connect GoAnywhere directly to services like Salesforce or SharePoint without having to write code. It saves us a ton of time and also gives us the peace of mind that everything is done securely and automatically.

What do you dislike about the product?
From my experience, one thing GoAnywhere MFT could improve is its user interface. Sometimes, navigating to find specific settings can be a bit confusing, especially for a new user. If it were made more intuitive and visually more modern, the learning process would be much faster, and managing daily tasks would be greatly simplified.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend GoAnywhere MFT for data mining, emailing internal spreadsheets between teammates and data to business partners, plus the secure folders module and web client, it's very helpful for setting up third-party providers to record and review files or folders securely.
