Effortless Faxing with Instant Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to send and receive documents to companies requesting files. I appreciate that I am emailed when I get a fax, which cuts down the time on checking to see if I have faxes. I can just pick up my phone and receive the notification and preview the fax. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to filter out spam faxes. Just be sent to a 'spam' folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eFax Online Fax Service makes it easy to send and receive documents with insurance companies, and receiving email notifications cuts down on the time checking for faxes.
Streamlined Faxing, Needs Improved Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
I like that eFax Online Fax Service keeps things paperless, which makes managing faxes simpler for me. I also appreciate the notifications of new faxes, as it means I'm not constantly checking the fax machine. Setting up the service was easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need notifications on failed faxes, like an email when faxes fail.

I find eFax Online Fax Service keeps it paperless and simplifies things by sending notifications of new faxes, so I'm not constantly checking the fax machine.
Fax Anytime via Email with a Dedicated Number
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to send and receive faxes at any time without having to buy a fax machine. Getting the faxes in my email at any time. Ability to get your own dedicated fax number, including in the 212 area code in New York City

Inability to monitor the current status of an outbound fax until it either succeeds or fails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to be able to send and receive medical related faxes quickly so that I could file medical insurance claims. SIgnup was quick and easy and I was able to get my own personal fax number in the 212 area code in New York City.

Fast and User-Friendly, Needs Improved Fax Viewing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that eFax Online Fax Service is fast and easy to navigate. It's valuable because patients need certain things quickly, and eFax is able to assist with that. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few months ago, there was a change in how faxes are viewed. You used to be able to open up the fax directly and it was viewable, but now you have to click a link to view it. This takes more time and can be challenging for office members who are not so tech-savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find eFax Online Fax Service a good alternative to mailing things that can't be emailed. It's fast and easy to use, assisting us in providing patients with the necessary information quickly.
Fast, Reliable Faxing with Room for Growth
What do you like best about the product?
I find eFax Online Fax Service fast, which is really convenient. It saves me from needing a printer to send faxes and provides receipts confirming that the fax was received. Additionally, it creates an online database on my computer and iPhone of sent and received faxes, which is very useful. I also like that I can fax tax-related emails to eFax for doing taxes later. The initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There needs to be an eFax Messenger download for macOS. It does need to have an option to scan a document directly from scanner into eFax. I've been using eFax since about 1991. I paid to use eFax, my company did not pay for it, and I could not get reimbursed for the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don’t need a fax printer anymore; eFax Online Fax Service provides receipts, creates an online database on my devices, is fast, and lets me fax tax-related emails for future use.

It is very easy to use and has step by step instructions. It also notifies you when your fax has gone through

There is nothing about eFax that I don't line.

There are no problems with efax that I have.
eFax Is Easy, Fast, Reliable—and a Great Value
What do you like best about the product?
Almost everyone has gone to email for moving documents around. But, for the occasional need for a fax machine, Efax is perfect. It's easy, fast and reliable and the rates are great! Plus the ability to login on the go and fax is a great advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that Efax doesn't do (or at least I don't know how to make it do), is give me a fax confirmation. I realize it can't do that immediately in most cases because it takes a little while for most jobs to be completed. But, it would be helpful to get a confirmation in my email when the job is completed, or notification if it is unable to send.

We are a technology company. Everyone uses digital means to transfer information around. Efax is perfect for any occasion where an actual fax is needed.

I love how simple and easy eFax Online Fax Service is to use and the speed by which the faxes are sent over. The service is valuable to me because my work has a lot of moving parts and it can be time-consuming, but with eFax, this improves the rate that things can get done in a simple way. The initial setup was very simple and it was an easy setup.

I think the only thing that could be improved is a message showing that your fax has been reviewed.

I use eFax to fax medical documents efficiently, saving time by avoiding the tedious process of reaching out to doctors. It's simple and fast, enhancing workflow and allowing tasks to be completed at a quicker rate.
