It's a great alternative to Hubspot without having to pay a license.

It's an open source platform, so sometimes you can find bugs (although developers are trying to solve them all).

Now my clients can know who is in their website, and what do they do on it.

You will need developers or a partner to implement it. But all the data will be yours forever (it's quite difficult to export data from other competitors).

What do you like best about the product?
Mautic is a robust and very versatile contact management tool. It has allowed us to generate follow-up campaigns after the assets has been accessed by a potential client. The forms included in Mautic are quite simple and you don’t need to be an expert to understand how to work with them. It allows you to recognize, before sending an email, the precise time zone in which the system is set up, so you don't make mistakes choosing the hour of sending. Also, it is not complicated at all to integrate Mautic with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Newest releases sometimes show errors, that's why I decided to delayed my updates (turned-off the automatic update process) until I have read good reviews about the new releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my company, we use Mautic to send newsletters in an attend to catch potential clients and also to build welcome-based strategies in advanced circumstances. When we decided to deployed it, our marketing team was not too big and we had a limited budget, that's why Mautic was a nice choice for us. Now, we still keep using it as it's able to fulfill all our requirements, as it's able to cover all aspects on marketing automation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The software is clean and simple to use, but it definitely doesn't have the capabilities of a greater marketing automation software, such as Marketo. This is built from a result of open source and is a nice for a small automation device, that may work for small businesses with a tight budget.

What do you like best about the product?
Mautic is an accessible source that, hosted by itself, has a powerful society behind it and releases relatively frequently updates. The Campaign Builder feature is trustworthy, quick and simple and it has many characteristics included. Mautic allows you to set menus that drop-down with Javascript, as well as switches and shapes. I'm truly happy with its easy and efficient layout, so if you have connections to the C-Panel, Mautic will keep you safe to mount and use.

As it is open source, the assistance is restricted to public forums. The fact that it's self-hosted implies a little more job, but price advantages are fantastic and your information should always be controlled better. Also, if you don't have a personnel designer, you'll have to install Mautic for yourself, which can be a complicated task.

Mautic provides a very robust marketing and marketing campaign solution. Web-based program offers a great combination of features and options - as good as you would find in much more expensive solutions. As long as you have technical expertise available the open source version gives you everything at virtually no cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest obstacle to maximizing the open source solution is the need to have the appropriate resources available to install and set up the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than managing marketing campaigns willy-nilly Mautic has given us control and consistency from one campaign to the next.

It is a powerful marketing automation tool , which is going to be improved day by day. You can explore each dimensions of automation here from visitors tracking , web-form , pop-up forms to lead scoring, progressive profiling everything. Powerful marketing automation at very affordable price makes it an stand alone performer.
What do you dislike about the product?
You many face unexpected bugs with the system. The troubleshooting needs expert advice from Community. Social media integration part is weak. Not easy to deal with it's concurrent version updates.

We are doing marketing automation here, we have put mautic tracking codes , created web forms and setup automation rules for our subscribers.

We have setup marketing automation here. Visitors are easily tracked . All contacts are segmented and scored according to their website interaction.

Email builder could be better. Some functions take more clicks than needed.

Ability to send timely responses to inquiries. Improved follow-up responses from leads.

Open source version requires fairly extensive knowledge of hosting knowledge and administration, so hire a pro to install it and help you set it up. It's well worth whatever that cost considering the commercial version is several hundred dollars per month. Overall it's an excellent program that does what it says. Email builder is quirky and a bit limited compared to other options out there, but it's serviceable. It could almost be used as both a marketing automation solution and a CRM solution all by itself. Lots of built-in integrations also extend it's usefulness.
