Exceptional Marketing Automation Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud for its user-friendly interface, powerful marketing automation, seamless CMS integration, advanced personalization, and comprehensive analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres nothing in that to dislike in Acquia
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unified Customer Engagement: It provides a centralized platform to orchestrate multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent and personalized interactions with customers.

What do you like best about the product?
When compared to Drupal, Acquia is well-organized. As a marketer, real-time data is extremely useful, and the way all of the integrations are present is extremely beneficial; however, it all comes down to price; if the price could be reduced slightly, that would be fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely the price, although the application is good, if the price can be lowered as a direct competitor to drupal, then that would be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the integrations are definitely a plus and helps a lot
Awesome platform for creators
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, the green platform is a solid and well managing for lot influencers. Doing actions in a bulk can be a lot more complicated. I can't thank Jitu for making this journey and absolute pleasure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform can be lagging. I would like to see and passing it off to the other teams as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting tools could be better and I love to full better report for our senior leader. Sunil and we are still having else with the connection to our team
CDP moves customer forward
What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use reporting and dashboards have allowed us to share data more quickly and with a larger audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
For more complex questions that are asked, there is limited functionality in the reporting to create automated reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How customers interact with the brand, the merchandise and helps inform on the effectiveness of our marketing programs.

About the service and securities provided for the contents/data. Also the personalization concepts.

Helps to prevent bot attacks and manages the network traffic also the reduce the load time

What do you like best about the product?
It's a proper open source DXP, API-driven and it's CDP is the kernel. Widen DAM and PIM was a shrewd investment

Pricing can be a challenge for mid-market clients.

Single view of the client, it's a game changer that needs to be articulated

What do you like best about the product?
Acquia team that is responsible for Arçelik Pazarlama is not new. They are responsible for our account since the beggining of our cooperation. Therefore, they can find the right solutions for our requests.I would like to express my special thanks to my friends Öykü Akça, Sevgi Çavuşyan and Pratiksha Redkar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since 2021 Q4 as company we started to take more attention on CRM, so our requests dramatically increased. In this context, we have previously expressed our demand for increase in resource and improvement in velocity. Current team is great, but we need team expansion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apart from this database, we cannot do a customer-oriented follow-up on any platform. Acquia is our only platform where we can monitor our customers. Instead of mass campaigns, by observing customer behaviors we can create campaigns, communications, actions just special to each unique customer.

This tool impressed me greatly with its extensibility and user-friendly interface.

In addition to making the tool compatible with field teams, support staff should also be aligned.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how much information was provided as well as the tools! were easy to use, It made my experience exactly what I expected and thats the best part! For me Acquia Is at the top in terms of quality and thats why I chose Acquia Marketing Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't dislike anything although there is always room for improvement I felt Acquia won me over by a long shot and left me satisfied but still leaving me wanting to learn more!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
a lot of my problems I solve easily by learning how to setup aspects correctly within my cloud to make it stand out from the rest and with Acquia Marketing Cloud and the tools it provides to me It definitely made it easy and more than possible!

Great for campaign management, marketing automation, user friendly and easy to use platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation on the project got some issues, and support for platform was not strong, needed follow-ups, robust platform but needs a learning curve
