What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use of data aggregation and ETL.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit daunting for a non SQL expert to accomplish some things in Beast Mode or SQL data transformations which are almost always required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to improve sales and our supply chain. So analyzing data to gain insights in how to better market our products and price them would be helpful.

end to end solution that is easy to use good support team, access anywhere

table creation capability is limited, have to ask for connectors, client service is light based on our size

What do you like best about the product?
Helps create user-friendly, engaging, data-driven visuals to inspire executives to take action. Relatively easy to use, with a slight learning curve to get data loaded in the most efficient way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The terminology can be confusing at first. For example, "Beast Mode" is basically a SQL tool, but it takes a while to understand what Domo is getting at. Once you learn the language it makes more sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Domo to track the top of the funnel from every dimension. Our sales and marketing teams work together to increase the quantity and quality of inbound leads and determine ROI of different lead sources.

Domo gives basic and highly skilled end users the ability to harness data for their own needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning tools and documentation for domo functionality is lacking.

We' been able to use Domo to track an visualize our marketing funnel and flush out our attribution model.

Development Class was great but not enough time with each topic. Look forward to next year with more extensive classes

Classroom was small and not a lot of room to move around

What do you like best about the product?
Analytical - I like to be able to use different charts to visualize my data. The goal line is amazing. I have trouble with beast mode but will get there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Beast Mode - complicated. I wish there were more extensive classes on this mode. I work in excel a lot so this tends to be confusing sometimes. Your support is amazing though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales trending... areas of opportunity for our sales rep. We can drill down to state to show opportunities
