What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can manipulate the data. You can really drill down into ALL of your datasets and it's constantly updating.
What do you dislike about the product?
The great part about domo is everything is customized, but that's also it's downfall. It's hard to get started and a little overwhelming. I wish there was more training and guided learning than what is currently offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have found bottlenecks in our fulfillment process funnels using Domo as well as identified marketing channels that are not performing (and some that are performing surprisingly well).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you use it all to it's potential, then POWER TO YOU!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to combine multiple data sources all in one place. Where I used to be logging in to many different accounts for our data, now I have everything I need in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike calculated fields. Some things are just easier in excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of analytics so that we can begin providing insights rather than spending time pulling numbers, It has helped me be a better partner to other teams.

What do you like best about the product?
This BI tool allows customizations to engage at all levels within an organization. It is able to become the common link between otherwise siloed groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
DOMO has grown so quickly, that more time and resources are needed in fine tuning some of the tools and interfaces to help benefit the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Domo enables business users to get up and running quickly with pre-built dashboards and easy-to-use interface for creating basic custom cards. As a company, Domo wants to see their customers succeed, and provide resources and in-depth training to ensure business users can get the most out of Domo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating advanced analytics and calculations can be confusing and has a steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're getting more transparency in from our marketing and sales efforts and seeing areas that we can capitalize on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to evaluate your goals for your Business Intelligence program to ensure Domo will do what you're trying to accomplish

No glossary of commands - would like to know how it corresponds to mySQl

What do you like best about the product?
Domo is user friendly and can be implemented without IT/coding experience. The out-of-the -box data connectors make it very easy to connect to popular data sources (google analytics, instagram, Magento etc.).
Domo continues to add new features and to improve the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pivot table view is not very user-friendly. Limited customization of card size and building dashboards (multiple cards together).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DTC revenue tracking vs budget/goal - automated report sent daily.
Key Metrics on screens around the office so everyone is aware of what is happening in the company and can react to changes (drop in conversion rate, significant increase in Instagram followers etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very positive experience - shuttle meets you at the airport, great location, food, friendly people. I like the options for courses, especially the day long workshop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things seem really excessive. What's with the Domo bus? I know that entertainment is a big part of successful conferences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales trends by categories and business units. CUstomer trends. Promo code response. Marketing Funnel. CUstomer Segment trends. Marketing ROI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's growing and innovative. We've seen them implement our suggestions. It works! Make sure you get the adoption of the executive team.

Felt a little rushed on some topics based on the experience levels of the class users

How to make strategic business decision in real time. We have not reaped the benefits yet as we are brand new to DOMO

Have an idea of what you want to accomplish and start at the very ground level of what your data represents.
