Domo Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
Domo is my first data visualization tool that I have used in my career as a business analyst. The modules in Domo University made it faster to learn, and easier to adjust to.
Domo is a tool that I believe anyone could learn. Creating cards and dashboards is a breeze. It is also easy for internal users to navigate and to filter cards for information that they are looking for. I love how easy it is to export information into different formats like excel or powerpoint.
The Domo Forums feauture is also very helpful when looking to learn how to do BeastModes for different use cases.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I have found I dislike when it comes to Domo is when you are writing a BeastMode, you are unable to select the Measure or Dimension from the dropdown list on the left side. I feel this would be easier at times than typing it out and looking for it on the on-screen list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo is making it easier for users to visualize data with the large array of options there are in place for cards. The AI feature is something that our company is very excited to utilize in the future!
Revolutionized Our BI with Efficient Data Management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Domo's mobile dynamic nature, which makes it easy for creators and offers a competitive price point compared to industry leaders like Tableau. The tool has significantly improved our data workflows and automation, enhancing team efficiency. I find the API capabilities most useful, as they simplify data exposure and reduce the need for business partners to manage APIs themselves, saving time and resources. I also value how Domo integrates well with other platforms like Facebook and Salesforce, facilitating easy data reporting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Domo to automate data workflows, improving team efficiency and speeding data delivery to business partners. It provides quick access to data, reducing reliance on slow applications, and its API feature simplifies data exposure, saving time for our team and business partners.
No-Code Ease with Domo, Boosting Sales Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I find Domo super easy to use, especially for nontechnical people. It's really straightforward to learn the analytics side, which is great since the people creating visualizations in my team don't typically have a technical background. Using Domo's no-code platform makes it easy to train up the team, which is awesome for filtering and changing date ranges on cards. It's also been easy to train our salespeople on how to do what they need to do on the cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know that my team always has a hard time on launch day when new products come out. It significantly slows down the rest of Domo. But all things considered, like, that's a you know, once a month max problem. And it usually bounces back pretty quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo lets our sales teams easily access data and contacts in real-time on their phones. It's user-friendly for nontechnical folks, making it easy to create visualizations without coding and train our team on filtering and date ranges.
Comprehensive data analytical platform
What do you like best about the product?
Domo was able to combine 4 different entities, with difference currencies into one condensed financial statements. There were many tools and charts we could create to see different data needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering the data charts was a bit cumbersome and the platform seemed chunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had 4 entities, all with different currencies. It was very hard to run reports in our accounting software because of this. Domo was able to pull one report vs pulling 4 and converted the currency for us.
Easy to Use with moderate learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to build cards and set up a new dashboards. Very intuitive functionality for sharing dashboards while balancing governance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the designing of the dashboard layout is very limiting. I also think it should be easier for someone to be alerted when a card has been refreshed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Democratizing data in an easy to use and interactive way with a reasonable learning curve.

What do you like best about the product?
DOMO allows us toAs a member of the analytics team, I've found DOMO to be an incredibly effective platform for turning data into actionable insights. What I appreciate most is how seamlessly it allows us to deliver data across the company in a way that's both accessible and meaningful. With DOMO, we're not just reporting numbers—we're equipping teams with coachable insights that help drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement. It's truly a tool that supports a data-driven culture and empowers every part of the business to perform better.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that can be a bit challenging is navigation and troubleshooting during support situations. At times, it can feel a little complex, but that may be due to the very specific needs and custom setups unique to our company. We have many different layers that all need to see the information and interpret it differentlt, which is a challenge even with PDPs and other features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DOMO has been an essential tool in helping us solve real-world challenges—especially around improving employee efficiency and effectiveness. It allows us to get the right data into the hands of the right people, making it actionable and coachable so teams can make smarter decisions and continuously improve.
Excellent tool that is constantly adapting to the data landscape
What do you like best about the product?
Domo constantly caters to the end user. They are always releasing enhancements and new offerings that I would have never thought of, that make getting our company data into the hands of the user easier and easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is getting better, it seems like Domo is less well-known. When I am talking to other analysts about tools we use, often they have never heard of Domo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo is taking the wealth of data that we have from a large variety of sources and is making it much more easily digestible, through both the dashboards and apps we build as well as mobile offerings.
Domo - A platform for Innovation and Integration
What do you like best about the product?
As an user at a company with 10 plus entities, Domo's biggest strength for our analysis is being able to integrate to different data sources to consolidate our reporting. In addition, being able to automate workflows or different tasks through Jupyter Notebook is also very beneficial to clean up our instance with unused cards, beastmodes, and offboarding users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback to Domo for our use is the lack in visualization compared to competitors like Tableau, However Domo does allow you to create custom cards or visualizations using Javascript or Python. This helps create visualizations that match our company and drives more insight to our stakeholders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo has benefitted us the most in being able to consolidate all of our data sources into a single platform to show trends and outliers between each of our companies. This helps empower our users to create reports and dashboards that not only show the company as a whole but also can be broken into entity.
DOMO Review
What do you like best about the product?
I love how versatile DOMO is. Whether we need a high level overview of our metrics and stats or a more detailed scheduled report, DOMO handles it with ease. There's so many ways to get to the solution and view KPIs differently within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a sharp learning curve. It usually takes around 2-3 months of constant use to be self-sufficient in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DOMO is helping solve the problem we have of visibility to KPIs. Everything is in one place and people can easily access the info they need.
Great backend functionality and UI - Visualization could use some help
What do you like best about the product?
The connections and ETL - overall the ability to merge disparate data together is phenomenal. It's easy, it's robust it's flexible
What do you dislike about the product?
The visualizations - especially mapping. Tableau and Power BI are much better in this space. Also, it's a bit pricey.

We're able to easily merge large data sets and translate them into BI that is useful for internal purposes
