What do you like best about the product?
We’ve had a wonderful experience with Dono Company. Their attention to detail, commitment to quality, and thoughtful approach to customer needs really stand out. Whether it’s their product design or their customer service, everything reflects a deep sense of care and innovation. It’s rare to find a company that blends functionality with aesthetics so seamlessly. Highly recommend working with or purchasing from Dono — they truly go above and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Domo is a powerful platform, but it has a steep learning curve and can struggle with large datasets. More flexibility in pricing and clearer documentation would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo helps solve data silos and slow reporting by centralizing data from multiple sources into one platform. It enables real-time dashboards, making it easier to track KPIs, spot trends, and make faster, data-driven decisions. For us, it’s reduced the time spent on manual reporting and improved cross-team visibility.

Not just a dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily design dashboards that allow you to get an idea of how you are performing in seconds. Easy to design for non programmers. Support is responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most dashboards can be designed with minimal technical support, but more complicated applications need someone with programming knowledge however some of that is mitigated with the AI features. Search feature could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has enabled us to design dashboards to answer questions on the fly in real time and design them in a way to tell a story. Enough detail can be provided to start acting on an issue quickly. We have used Domo to put together presentations that are used for inclusion in meeting packages and all we usually have to do is print it out since it's up to date for when it's needed. We also have some non traditional uses such as having a dashboard for users to access current forms, instructions and videos for accounting thus cutting down on the number of in bound calls and emails for information requests and training. Most recently we put together payment detail pulled from our accounting system to be uploaded into our credit card providers system to issue credit card payments to our vendor. The AI addition has made creating calculated fields less time consuming and reachable for non programmers. The time savings and real time information has been a game changer for our company.
