What do you like best about the product?
Connectors and the fact that it makes me look good at work. Save As so I can copy a card rather than starting each from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
DomoSupport. They don't take time to understand your problem and opt for the simplest, easiest solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in a declining market. I used Domo to show that we need to target larger institutions or sales will not continue to grow.

not necessarily every feature you might find elsewhere but what they do they do well

Visualizations and adaptabiliy are nice. Drills, when functional, are very useful.

Data has to be very customized and often does not allow for drillability and initial card utility

Data agnostic. Able to quickly ingest data and visualize. Like multiple connectors to data sources.

Trying to figure out how best to chose visualizations

Getting execs access to KPIs from different data sources.
domo is great for me, struggling to drive widespread adoption

easy learning curve, works as promised, no bugs, good visuals, mobile app

difficult to drive governance across large enterprise

basic financial reporting... lots of time saved... still working to deliver great insights

lack of some basic analytical functionalities (variance, yoy, mom, slice and dice, etc)

Ease of use; speed. Also the number of API connectors and willingness to disrupt

Cost is high; particularly with view only access. Much higher than some competitors
