Effortless Reporting with Stellar Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Domo makes it easy for new users, which is a huge plus for me. I appreciate the ease with which I can perform ETL tasks and how effortlessly Domo connects to common data sources. This makes handling and manipulating data straightforward. The initial setup was also very easy for my team, which was a pleasant experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usage monitoring could be better. Hard to tell sometimes what all the downstream impact may be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo enables me to bring data together and collaborate. It's easy for new users and simplifies ETL processes, making it easy to connect to common data sources.

Intuitive Yet Dated Visuals, Still a Strong Choice

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Domo is intuitive and easy to use. The interface is quite simple, which makes it easier to quickly pull the metrics I need and understand how those numbers could be impacting metrics and numbers elsewhere. This helps me to write a story about what's happening within our users' experience on our platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I always think Domo could have a better visual experience. It is simplistic, which is great, but it's also simplistic in a way that feels outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo allows us to have more visibility into unique data points and metrics, helping us dive into client interactions with our software. It simplifies data understanding and lets me quickly pull necessary metrics, enabling me to analyze user experiences and impact.

Intuitive, Easy Transition with Domo, Needs Report Enhancement

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the vision format in Domo; it's very intuitive and user-friendly. It makes navigating and using the platform easy, even for non-experienced users. Since my company just started using Domo, I found it easy and fast to get familiar with the page, which helped avoid an unnecessary transition period from the previous user interface. Getting used to Domo was fairly easy, as the transition was not difficult. Within just a couple of days, I became familiar with the platform and its applications, enabling me to use it effectively for my tasks. I appreciate how intuitive it is, which is why I'm recommending it to my team members who also access similar reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way in which the reports are provided does not allow me to quickly get the information for the specific places that I need. It only allows me to view a specific region at a time, and then I have to filter out the rest of the regions. It would be appreciated if a better, more detailed view could be implemented into Domo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo provides a comprehensive list of active and terminated employees, making report generation streamlined. Its intuitive design made the transition smooth and fast, minimizing downtime. However, reports could be improved to allow quicker access to specific regional data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Domo showed me everything I did and my accomplishments. It let me see the claims that I processed, along with what was being paid and what was being written off by the insurance companies.

Domo shows me my weekly work, processed claims, and details on insurance payments and write-offs, highlighting my accomplishments.

Super user friendly. Someone without much experience can pick it up quickly.

Support sometimes is lacking. I add a support ticket and it’ll take a few business days for a reply.

Cutting edge tools and features combined with learning curve and deployment speed
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite a few bugs which take a long time to resolve. Limited support online for some features and training materials are often out of date due to product development and changes

Complex and highly customised analytics can be created, validated and deployed very quickly. The new automation features are a game changer

What do you like best about the product?
I like the breadth of Domo's features and their cohesiveness, yet simplicity. It's amazing that entry-level marketing analysts and data scientists can all work in the same tool. Magic ETL is huge for us as it allows us to simply transform data in the ways we need for reporting. I appreciate that workflows are becoming a more important component, enabling us to automate tasks and take more control of our instance. Once we had access to Domo, I found it really easy to get data in and start building things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more flexibility out of the box with visualization. The ability to size cards to any size and place cards anywhere without having to follow locking grid patterns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo helps us access data quickly and adapt in a changing landscape. It combines feature breadth, simplicity, and caters to various expertise levels. Magic ETL simplifies data transformation, and workflows automate tasks, enhancing our control.
