Great Data Visualization BI Tool with easy querying and external integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to pull in Salesforce data via SOQL queries, transform data, create dashboards, and leverage pre-built connectors for integrating with systems. More intuitive UI that comparable tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires some foundational understanding of SQL, perhaps a little pricey, expecting to see more trending analysis/AI in roadmap

No dislikes so far. Every thing works well and as per the product guidelines

Domo (honest review)
What do you like best about the product?
Domo's ability to connect multiple data sources and provide live readouts is a great tool to keep key stakeholders up to date on latest trends. Creating ETLs is fun & easy also!
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization of existing datasets is a huge miss. Instead of a having a folder architecture, Domo simply lists the datasets/dataflows by date of creation. Super frustrating from that standpoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Domo usecase is a readout of sales funnel metrics collecting data from multiple data sources including Hubspot, Salesforce, and Advertising platforms. It has increased efficiency in time to make tactical decisions.
DOMO made what seemed like the impossible, possible.
What do you like best about the product?
DOMO allowed us to connect 3 data sources, consolodate, create and distribute reports that took an entire full-time salary to run manually. It was a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the learning curve and the need (in our case) for either an in-house developer / DOMO expert or a 3rd party implentation partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to run campaign reports manually. Now we are able to automate them through DOMO and save hundreds of hours a month.

What do you like best about the product?
Domo has transformed the way our company works. We are able to view data in real time and share that with both internal and external stakeholders. We are significatly more data-drive and data-empowered now with Domo!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Domo could be more user friendly and easier to operate. Sometimes when viewing dashboards it's a little tricky to navigate and isn't always super user friendly or intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo allows us to view insights and data in real time, which makes us much more efficient and allows us to make better decisions based on fresh, accurate data. It is also super easy to share that real-time data with both internal and external stakeholders

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to manipulate data on a deeper level than what comes standard with CRM's like Salesforce and Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could take a little while to figure out and can sometimes be a bit overwhelming but that goes away with experience.

Ability to manipulate sales/organization data on a deeper level.
Fantastic BI software because of the extensive data set and connectivity support
What do you like best about the product?
Domo's built-in messaging feature is fantastic for coordinating among coworkers and facilitating client communication. Card and page creation, text and data point editing, and the development of our App Store application are all within my ken. Domo provides the most convenient and efficient means by which local data can be uploaded to the cloud; once a small piece of software is installed on the user's network, it routinely retrieves data, uploads it, and then feeds the unique widgets we use on our dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not cheap, has a sluggish user interface, and offers features that need support or utilization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo's APl integration provides a unified view of data from various sources, both on-premises and in the cloud, including QuickBooks and social media. Domo's dashboard and control panel widgets make real-time data visualization eye-catching and straightforward to administer.
Technical skills for analysis and reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Domo is a fantastic program that has helped me discover, aggregate, rationalize and provide more valuable data sources. As a result, I can get a very polished and professional-looking data visualization to connect multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the initial report hits any snags, I would like this interface to provide a quick fix so that the user does not have to start over by making a copy and making the necessary changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo has helped us gain invaluable insight into our business, allowing us to simplify reporting, planning and developing new custom programs in pursuit of further consolidation and innovation. Quite frankly, Domo is the optimal choice for companies that want to offer both self-service and guaranteed quality.
DOMO is a great platform
What do you like best about the product?
We use DOMO for all kinds of things - marketing KPI's, inventory projections and management, and other key business functions. We really rely on DOMO for all of our BI.
What do you dislike about the product?
The colors are bad, and the graphs and things aren't as intuitive to use as Power BI or some of the other tools. That being said, you get used to and it's not so bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DOMO is solving the issue of pulling all of our data manually and inputting it manually, which is very cumbersome. It also helps us visualize and manipulate our data in new ways, not possible manual.
Grant privilegies for sharing Dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
Domo is a very completed data warehouse for ETL process and creating dashboard and share it acros html embeded.
What do you dislike about the product?
Isnt easy sharing dashboard between accounts - we have to submitt tickets to support team for this.

We avoid raw data transforming and using data sets
