Domo's great data visualization tool that gives you everything you need with a great user interface.
What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly for any level of experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model can prevent you from scaling with big projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is bringing a level of insight to our data we never had before. We are able to connect to all of our data sources.
Once you get the hang of it the system is useful.
What do you like best about the product?
easy dashboards and endless customizability.
What do you dislike about the product?
the biggest pet peeve with DOMO is that you cant fully print the reports

Powerful Platform with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
It is a powerful platform that makes data visualization easy to learn and utilize. Domo's support team is quick to assist me when I have problems and are great at communicating where they are at in their mitigation process. I know that Domo is constantly interacting with their users through their various community platforms and events which I really appreciate. I know that I can suggest new tools and the Domo team will actually consider them which is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Domo is constantly evolving and creating new products and tools which is amazing, but documentation can sometimes be hard to find to support these new tools. I also find that Domo has a lot of bugs with their new tools, which obviously is to be expected, but I wish ther was more testing done before releasing or announcing the release of new products. However, I feel like I am able to quickly notify Domo support of any issues I find and they are able to help me or let me know that they are notifying their engineering team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo helps us to create and share various data visualizations to all employees within our company. Employees having correct and current data at their finger tips allows them to make data-driven decisions to boost productivity and drive growth.

user-friendly with many data integrations options. Easiness to onboard, create quick insights, share and download information.
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of customization on dashboards, card sizes, or key metrics. Missing important beast mode functions for statistical analysis or advance window functions.

Provide quick insights to different stakholders, understand trends and drill into data details as needed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the ability for our Company to have one place to look at to see how we are doing compared to anytime frame.
Domo the TIME SAVER
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it houses all our data and excel spreadsheets that we used to manually do to get reports from that data we were able to build and domo and it does them automatically for us everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
They say you don't need to know SQL to really use but it makes things difficult if you don't have any knowledge on it. The new AI feature appears to help in this though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping automate alot of jobs that were done manually by individuals. Its now giving back hours of time to those individuals to do other things.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility and customization for visualizations that help capture the attention of the audience and stakeholders. The ease of use makes it easy to frequently use Domo with customers and provide support using descriptive and prescriptive analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fees and extra charges for each additional product/feature detract from the maximum potential for small businesses or not-for-profit businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Domo we are able to find areas of improvement based off of statistical analysis. Which in turn provides quantifiable results on timelines and geographical locations within my company.

Some limitations on visualizations and their design.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Domo for about 6 years now. The best thing about Domo are the connectors. You can pretty much connect to all major data systems.
Also there were several major updates done to the product to make it more powerful and make it much easier to build reports.
The new App Studio makes it easier to build good looking and customizable dashboards.
Worksheets, Fixed Input Tile, Split joins in ETL and other new features introduced in 2025 has been extremely beneficial in easing the pain points for ETL and report creation/implementation.
The customer support is also very prompt in responding.
Over the years Domo has been constantly upgrading the product and adding more and more features both to their ETL tool and the report builder (Analyzer). This has truly made Domo a leader when it comes to BI tools. The DomoAI is also constantly improving and is going to be a force to reckon with in the coming years.

The pivot chart still needs a lot of work as its not very flexible in its current state.
Domo needs provide some kind of a show/hide columns dynamically on the table charts.
We also need to be able to set dynamic column names based on filters/variable values selected.
The new consumption model is very confusing. They should just streamline it and make it customer friendly. Legacy vs new is also very unclear. As there is no way to know upfront about how much credits a particular implementation will incur. This could result in customers overshooting their budgets. The old model was way better.

Domo is helping us analyze performance of our site and also monitor and analyze various features we have introduced. It makes it easier to connect and combine data from different data sources.
Reporting at it's finest!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of the reporting as well as the intergration with our system allows for a one stop shop to consolidate my multi-site metrics without multiple reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it's not communicating well with the intergrated sites which we typically don't know until recieving anticipated reporting.

Analytical reporting to my ownership with consistency and multi-level visuals.
