Very comprehensive reporting that can be filtered and sorted in a variety of ways to find the data that I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Domo can quickly feel overwhelming because of the sheer number of filters and boards, and I sometimes find it difficult to tell whether I’m interpreting the data correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What user trends are we seeing that affect renewal and retention rates, and how should that guide what we build as a design and product team? I also leverage it to find top or bottom users of a feature so I can pull a list for user interviews.

I like how Domo is a one stop place for all our data - where it can all be connected - and it's been easy enough that people who are nontechnical, such as our team, have been able to work with some people at Domo and still create really useful info for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
That initial little bit of learning curve does take some time, so people need to invest in that.

Domo provides a focal point for all our data, making it easily accessible and understandable for our teams across different locations, which boosts our data-driven decision-making processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Domo's customization capabilities which allow me to create dashboards and apps that truly fit our needs, making it feel personalized. I also like the AI forward thinking, as the implementation of AI has rapidly increased our productivity in development. Additionally, the initial setup of Domo was very easy for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t love the worry of credit usage. I don’t have a clear idea of how many credits I am using for each execution and I’m not sure when I need to be worried about when a project is eating up more credits than I planned for.

Domo brings all our different data into one place to answer business questions and offers customization capabilities that make dashboards and apps feel personalized. The AI implementations rapidly increase development productivity.

I like Domo because it's easy to use, and I find the Magic ETL particularly valuable in simplifying my data tasks.

I don't like the permissions settings, which seem to be problematic. Also, the initial setup was hard due to bad data.

I use Domo for data aggregation, which helps solve the problem of bad data. It's easy to use with features like Magic ETL, making data handling more manageable.

I like how it integrates multiple technologies, such as Jupyter, Magic ETL, and others. The functionality is strong, and I especially appreciate using Beast expressions. I’m looking forward to using the workflows, data science modules, and AI-related features, such as agentic AI, more extensively to help make the company's processes more streamlined and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used the AI related features available in it as of today and I wasn't impressed when compared to the competition available in the market today. It needs to get better and get better fast in order to remain competitive.

What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Domo involves building different tables and different cards so I can look at different data points.
A quick specific example of a table I have built or a data point I often look at is churn. I look at churn often to see how things are going.
What is most valuable?
The best features Domo offers are that it is easy to use.
Domo is easy to use for me because the entire UI is intuitive and straightforward.
Domo has positively impacted my organization by giving everyone the ability to see different data cards and make decisions quicker without relying on BI.

My advice to others looking into using Domo is that it's a great product and is easy to use. I would rate this review an 8.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything—from connection to ETL to visualization—is available on a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Turning data flows on and off is a very manual process. With 200+ datasets, it takes a long time to click into each one just to change the schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use DOMO for both internal and external reporting. For our clients, we need a robust dashboard setup that supports multiple levels of specificity, so we can present information at the right level of detail for different audiences and use cases.
