Enjoyable experience all the way around
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is robust and easy to navigate. The functionality is strong and I feel like it is an incredibly strong tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish, strongly, that if a site was created on a legacy version of WP Engine, that you were able to merge it to a new version with all the new functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WP Engine offers a robust ecosystem to host all of our site editors. It is extremely beneficial to have all of our sites powered by the same platform. It creates a very efficient workflow.
The fastest and most reliable WordPress Hosting
What do you like best about the product?
The WP Engine support team is top-notch. They are quick and very responsive. In my experience they answer support chats in under a minute. Everything with WP Engine is top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is more than what you pay for other services. But you have to keep reminding yourself. "You get what you pay for." What you pay for WP Engine is well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They do a great job of managing WordPress sites. We don't have to worry about WordPress configuration issues. Everything just works.
Client Support is Top Notch
What do you like best about the product?
The support team at WP Engine is top-notch. They've assisted on multiple projects and are consistently fast, friendly and able to answer questions quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to nitpick, I'd say the ChatBot feature could use some fine-tuning. Still, it has proven helpful on most queries after minimal mining for answers.

WP Engine provides a streamlined process for web hosting and support. Their platform and team have saved our small agency many hours.

Caching issue in wp engine is not good for sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very big problem solved by wpengine is we didn't use to login to multiple account for multiple sites.

Sometimes the amount of options and possibilities is daunting. I'd love more direction on how to make my particular business strategy successful.

What do you dislike about the product?
* Difficult to use if you've never built a website before (compared to a box offering like Wix or Squarespace that are much more templatized but lack the ability to customize)

WP Engine helps us build, design, and host our website.
Great service, just be prepared for sales calls
What do you like best about the product?
I love the 24-hour availability of the chat feature. Almost all of the people I have interacted with there are super helpful. The service is generally very stable and we have extremely low instances of problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales calls. I feel like we are constantly pressured to upgrade. I also dislike when the server is moved, and we have to update our DNS, it's a large project for us, so having to do it even on a periodic basis is a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have monitored servers without having to have an employee on call 24 hours a day. An easy interface to mange all of our Wordpress networks while avoiding having to use Cpanel.
A Stress-Free, User-Friendly Hosting Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like that WPEngine backs up everyting for you every day, that you can back it up manually at any time, the fact that you can restore and feel safe about having it restored to any point. The support is amazing as well, as good as the Apple Support. The research as well. I participated in two research video calls and I was more than happy to give my input and experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about it. The design is good but it is not as responsive as you might think. The confusion between Flywheel and WpEngine. I know they merged, but that is still going on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves everything. Hosting, backing up, restoring. It's all handled by WpEngine so you don't have to worry about it. Buying from random host and trying to mix the hosts would be a nightmare, but WpEngine makes it easy.
WP Engine is a solid dedicated WordPress hosting provider.
What do you like best about the product?
WP Engine offers the best hand-off management solution for WordPress developers in the niche-hosting market. They make my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've never been thrilled with the cost and I wish I could host up to 3 sites under the smallest pricing plan. Also, I think they count bot traffic toward the upper limit.

Resource optimization, plugin management, and detailed technical support.
