What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate WP Engine's support team for their quick responses and kindness. They excel in providing explanations that are easy to understand, which is particularly valuable when dealing with technical issues on our site. This ability to communicate clearly and efficiently makes it much easier for us to handle our web-related challenges. Their responsiveness and demeanor go a long way in making technical support experiences less daunting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the support team or AI could perform more direct cleanup tasks on our site.

I use WP Engine to resolve technical issues on our site, benefiting from their quick, kind, and clear support team.
Advanced Customs Fields is a must!
What do you like best about the product?
The customization of the product is only limited by the user's creativity. The included features cover nearly every need I had. Customer support was extremely fast to find a solution for my needs and was very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep for someone with less experience but the content is organized in a way that is easy to remember once the user's skills develop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Advanced Custom Fields is almost required to have a stylish and functional Wordpress site. ACF helps me save time in designing my websites and ensures a uniform look across them.

What do you like best about the product?
I found the customer service at WP Engine to be exceptional. Their team was attentive and fast to respond, which helped us quickly identify and solve an issue with a plugin. They demonstrated great problem-solving skills by helping us determine that the problem was with another plugin and not the custom fields plugin we were using, which saved us a lot of time and frustration. Additionally, I appreciated the simplicity involved in the initial setup of WP Engine, which made transitioning to their service straightforward. The wonderful customer service, along with the simple setup process, left a positive impression on me, and because of these experiences, I would highly recommend WP Engine, giving it a 9 out of 10.

They could not at the time we moved hosting handle a multi-site.

WP Engine has a seamless customer service that always ready to help on a 24/7 hours schedule. They never hesitate to offer help.

I feel disadvantaged by this tool lack of emails hosting. It leads us to incurring more cost to purchase a third party tool for email hosting.

This tool offers more security on our word press site which always targeted by hackers. It offers security by managing security updates, scanning malware and also backing up our data to reduce chances of being hacked.
They have a great customers support team that offer help in cases where we need technical support thus we never incur extra cost in hiring specialists.

Outstanding Service and Scalability with a Growing Product Suite
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service, scalability, and the evolving product suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price points for the dedicated servers (that come with tier-tied products) are financially out of reach for most of the SMBs we support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The managed hosting component of WPE's product suite is a game changer for my agency. We are relatively small with limited resources and knowing that our client sites are protected from malware or other types of vulnerabilities, are going to be monitored from performance optimization and infrastructure updates is extremely reassuring.

Overall, it is fairly easy to use and navigate, provided you don't venture into the more advanced features.

Hard to learn once you do step into advanced features. Troubleshooting starts getting complicated as well

I appreciate WP Engine for the best ACF plugin and their willingness to help if I have any issues.

I have nothing to complain about, I can only see advantages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to WP Engine, my workflow has become much simpler and more efficient. Rather than having to code everything from the ground up to add different types of custom fields in WordPress, I can now accomplish this quickly using the visual editor. It saves me a significant amount of time and effort.
