Top-Notch Support and an Easy-to-Navigate Dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
Theirs support is top notch! Everytime I had an issue it was always resolved with care and efficiency. The UI and UX is easy to navigate and I do love all the the setting and option they give you to manage your sites. As well as there dashboards which give you quick insights to performance, plugins, updates, and site health.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel it can be quite pricey as in terms of what is offered and I wish they would have more tiers or al e carte options to select what I truly need at a reasonable price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a technical issue and reached out to their tech support team. I really like how quickly I’m able to get in touch with someone who understands what I’m dealing with and can resolve it relatively fast.

Exceptional Uptime and Support for WordPress Hosting

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate WP Engine's customer service, which is way better than GoDaddy. I like the response time, the uptime, and the fact that WP Engine helps our advertising agency provide a website that's constantly running, which is very valuable to our clients. I also find the setup to be very hands-on, with a lot of help provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing

WP Engine offers excellent customer service and better uptime than GoDaddy, helping us as an advertising agency to provide websites that are constantly running for our clients.

US-Based Support That Digs Deep and Delivers When Needed

What do you like best about the product?
I am not trying to research and debug all the issues just by myself. I have a US based support system who can look deeper into the server than I am able and offer help and support when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being one server, a bad bot will take down all sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep everything going with fast support and reasonable prices.

What do you like best about the product?
WP Engine’s support team is excellent. Even with a tricky WAF false positive, the agent stayed engaged, investigated multiple angles, and helped me find a workaround so I could get unblocked quickly. Support felt knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the security layer can be a little too aggressive and flag false positives, which can slow down straightforward tasks like replacing files. Still, when this does happen, support is responsive and helpful, so it feels more like minor friction than a major problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WP Engine solves the challenges of securely hosting and managing WordPress sites without putting the burden on our internal team. Even when issues like false-positive security blocks come up, the platform and support team help us resolve them quickly, keeping our sites functional and our workflows moving.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its ability to connect with git actions for smooth deployments . Also, I like the way it treats clone into staging and dev environments

The CPU or Disk load can not be visible from Dashboard , always need to be connected with support team for this

What do you like best about the product?
I really like WP Engine's tech support team because I can just chat with them and get an answer in less than a minute, helping me figure out what kind of problem I have. Their management of migrations is also appreciated. The initial setup was pretty easy and straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
I really value the speed and reliability of WP Engine's hosting. It's premium hosting with the best and fastest servers we've ever used, and we've tried many different providers before. Another aspect I like is the partner program tools specifically built for agencies like ours, making it easy to access all our clients with one-click logins instead of dealing with various individual logins. The automated nightly backups are a big plus as well, letting us be more creative with our websites and ensuring that if anything goes wrong, we have a safe spot to roll back to. I also appreciate the ability to clear caching with just one click, which makes testing and development a breeze. The fact that WP Engine offers these essential tools right out of the box saves us dozens of hours per website, which is fantastic.

I think navigation could be a little easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I use WP Engine for hosting and managing client sites, and I appreciate how it simplifies a lot of the process. The managed hosting makes it easy to resolve issues related to DNS, which can otherwise be time-consuming. I find WP Engine very easy to use, and the staging environments make it simple to test things. They are easy to spin up and copy to or from, allowing for quick testing, sharing updates with clients, and pushing changes before moving to production. The initial setup of WP Engine was super easy, which was a big plus for me.
