What do you like best about the product?
I love that with Okta all the systems I am using for that Client are in one place. It is so easy to help RTAs on my team locate the system they need and keep it all together within Okta. I like that it is safe and secure as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I do not like about Okta is that if you do not sign in to it within every 30 days it will automatically kick you out of the system. As an admin, I only sign in to Okta when I am servicing for that client, helping and agent on that client, or so that I do not lose my log-ins with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the systems we need for the client are in one location, which is so beneficial for the agents servicing for that client, it is less likely to lose logins or not know where they should be when they are servicing for the client.
Okta MFA
What do you like best about the product?
Love the chrome extension to quickly access my apps and tools that I rely on each and every day to do my job quickly and efficiently. Okta keeps things secure and through all of this!
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes don't get the alert on my phone without manually opening the okta app which is seconds but this can add up over time. The tool overall is pretty effective and I don't have issues with it on a regular basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to access all my software in one spot in a secure and efficient way.
Okta for SSO
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is a great SSO tool to use across my organization. It saves me from remembering various passwords, and it keeps information private.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way my organization sets up Okta, I wouldn't say I like how it ties to my personal phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy setup process, and it allows me to sign in to various internal websites without additional authentication.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of logging in asap through my phone to almost any application. Love Okta!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike- if anything, sometimes it doesn't register my accurate location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It doesn't require me to know the passwords for every single application and has centralized my company.
All Enterprise Programs In One Place
What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful to have all of my company's programs available in one place.

There are numerous security pushes that can take a long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of the programs I need in one place makes it easy to get to what I need, whether it's my timecard or training.
Use of Device Trust Feature
What do you like best about the product?
Device Trust has allowed our organization to control access to company resources and apps from specific devices that only meet our criteria to be considered a trusted device. This feature offers a strong level of protection to our users, as well as our IT teams, because they do not need to worry about them getting compromised.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we find that Okta documentation is somewhat confusing and not easy to follow when it comes to implementing new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving issues such as having a single point of access to all company resources.

Easiest Identity Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Okta SSO saves so much time during work. Being able to have one login that persists for a day and allows me to quickly log in to all the different SaaS apps we use at my job is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the sessions persisted for a week but I do understand the security risk involved with longer persisted sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta has saved us countless hours and headaches with managing identity for all the apps we use at work.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. I can easily store all most commonly used apps so I can log in easily without having to remember passwords for each and every platform. It is a time saver and has improved my productivity greatly.

I'm not sure what else it does outside of additional layer of security.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Okta to Enterprise customers who are looking for ways to increase productivity across their entire team. Not just sales, but marketing, IT, Engineering, HR, all teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to add in tiles for programs and be able to arrange them by category as you like
What do you dislike about the product?
None. It can do all of what I hope it does!

The worst UI for sending security code
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a centralized location for all your organizations products and passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that I have to click the "send" button to send the code to have the code send to my phone every 24 hours, incredibly tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not solving much as I already use Lastpass and much prefer it.
