What do you like best about the product?
I like Okta because it makes logging into multiple apps easy with single sign-on. Its multi-factor authentication adds strong security. It works especially well in remote and hybrid work scenarios where employees need secure access to many apps from different locations. Single sign-on saves time by reducing repeated logins, while multi-factor authentication improves daily security without slowing down work. Single sign-on helps by letting me access all applications with one login, which saves time and reduces password fatigue. Multi-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security, protecting accounts from unauthorized access while still keeping the login process simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Okta features can feel complex to configure, especially for new users. The admin interface could be more intuitive, and pricing can be high for smaller teams. Setting up advanced policies and integrations can take time, especially for first-time admins. Clearer guidance, simpler workflows, and a more user-friendly admin dashboard would make configuration easier and faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Okta for secure user authentication and single sign-on. It reduces password issues, enables secure application access, and saves time by allowing one login for all apps. It's great for remote work and enhances security with multi-factor authentication.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Okta provides a good platform for users to securely access multiple apps with a single set of credentials. I appreciate the focus on security and IAM (Identity and Access Management), which are really valuable features for my needs. The initial setup was pretty much easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Okta’s trial dev instances expire soon. It would be good if the timeline could be extended.

I like the ease of being able to access all the applications I need and sign in to them without having to use all these different passwords by using single sign-on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of applications that are not relevant to my job. It would be nice to just not have those visible to me.

I use Okta as a central location to access all my work applications easily, which saves me from searching all over my computer. It simplifies sign-in with single sign-on, reducing the need for multiple passwords.

Easier to install as well as the verification method.

Sometimes the app works little slower or freezes.

The hassle free Multi factor Authorization is easier to work with. It is benefitting me by securely log into my account.

I like that Okta is very easy to use, allowing me to just have one login at the start of the day, and it's usually smooth even when I get logged out. I can access all the software I need to do my job, which is really convenient. I mostly value their marquee feature, which lets me log into multiple accounts from a single login. It's been helpful for requesting certain software from corporate. The initial setup was easy, and it integrates with other software as a login function. Honestly, it's pretty good overall.

It did take some time to get logged in on my first try, especially if you're not used to it

I use Okta for securely accessing company software without typing multiple passwords, consolidating all login information. It's easy to use with one login, giving me access to all the software I need for my job.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Okta is really easy to understand and use, including the ability to access multiple tools and applications from one platform. The security it provides to the end users is a big plus, making it hard for anyone to access my credentials without proper verification.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was kinda difficult to validate from my mobile phone since we have a Okta verification app. Whenever we change mobile devices, it's difficult to transfer that app to the new mobile device without any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Okta is really good because it makes it easy to understand and include different tools on one platform. Its verification tools help us avoid hacking by making it hard for someone to access using my credentials.

I like the easy of you intergrating all of the app at my current company, efficent and ease of use.

There are at times glitches with the tiles

What do you like best about the product?
Okta makes access management and single sign-on experience smooth. It’s very easy in integrate Okta with multiple applications. The security features that okta provides along with the admin dashboard are best in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though okta is best in the market for large organisations but its expensive pricing is blocker for small teams or organisations. Expenses rise with increase in number of users and features.

The challenge of managing identities and access across different systems is solved by using okta. Okta also eliminates the need of having different login systems for different applications. Overall okta helps in establishing security and provide good user experience for employees.

I like how Okta is fast and reliable. It helps me get authentication through multiple, verified notification codes very quickly, and there's no delay in getting these notifications to validate, which makes it very reliable. The initial setup was pretty straightforward; you just follow the steps, and you're good to go.

I appreciate that it uses our standard login credentials, making it straightforward for people to know where to go to access software. I have not heard of any issues when accessing the software, and I enjoy having a unified login for various platforms.

I often find that it logs me out when I have it set to remember me. Not a major complaint, though.
