Streamlined Logins, Strong Security Features

  • January 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the time Okta saves me because logging in and handling two-factor authentication for each app can be very time consuming. Another aspect I appreciate is that it solves some security issues, allowing me to have a very secure password in one place, and it saves me time because I'm not always updating my passwords on each different app. The initial setup was very easy and took very little time, which is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little high. I wish that would be less, but all of the features are very strong and well built.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Okta for logging in once to access all my company apps, solving security issues by having a secure password in one place and saving time by not updating passwords for each app.

Effortless SSO and User Management, But Pricing Could Improve

  • January 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Okta makes single sign-on (SSO) and user management work smoothly, ensuring seamless access and avoiding the need for multiple logins. Managing logins, permissions, and user onboarding or offboarding is simplified as everything is handled in one place, which saves time and effort. The app integration feature connects all our tools easily, so we don't have to manage logins manually every day. The initial setup was super easy, which I really appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the pricing could be more flexible, and sometimes the advanced settings take time to understand. Better documentation or a simpler setup for advanced settings would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Okta for single sign-on and managing user access securely. It helps avoid access issues by centralizing logins, permissions, and user management, making onboarding and offboarding easier. SSO saves time by avoiding multiple logins, and app integration connects our tools seamlessly without daily manual login management.

Centralized Security with Ease of Use

  • January 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Okta very helpful as it allows all of our systems to exist in one space. I like the option to add apps, which enables our administration to approve or deny effectively. I also appreciate the ease of the initial setup, especially if you're accustomed to verifying through apps using passcodes and authentication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just miniscule things such as background options for different graphics to allow color and grab attention. Personal or either Okta graphics on the site for better appealing to the users to not only enjoy everything in one place but making things visibly appealing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta enhances our company's security by allowing login without a VPN and centralizes our software systems, making access easier for IT-approved devices only.

Okta provides a reliable single sign-on experience and works well for daily access to commonly used applications for my organization. It is easy to navigate and requires very less ongoing effort.

Okta Makes Single Sign-On Simple Across Many Systems

  • January 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked about Okta is that it integrates with many systems and serves as a single place to log in, from which you are automatically connected to various platforms. Essentially, you only need to remember one password, and it grants you access to a wide range of systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the extension doesn’t recognize that I’m already authenticated, so I need to log in again through Okta for several systems. This can be a bit cumbersome, and I would expect the extension to handle this more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remembering or managing multiple passwords is a challenge, and this solution addresses it in a secure and convenient way by integrating with many systems. In addition, it supports multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Straightforward Okta SSO SAML Integration That Streamlined Our Logins

  • January 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I used Okta for SAML integration through Single Sign-On across our multiple web applications. It was very straightforward to integrate Okta into our apps. By using Okta, we streamlined the login process for our users, so they don’t have to remember a separate login ID and password for our applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we don’t use the settings frequently, we tend to forget how to use them. Some advanced features are not always intuitive to configure and require time to fully understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta helps us address identity and access management challenges by offering a centralised way to manage user authentication, single sign-on, and access control across multiple applications. Before we adopted Okta, managing user access was largely manual and prone to errors, especially when people joined the company, changed roles, or left the organisation.

With Okta in place, onboarding and offboarding are faster and more secure, and access policies are applied consistently across our applications. Single sign-on has improved the user experience while reducing password-related issues, and multi-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security without hurting usability. Overall, Okta has strengthened security, reduced administrative overhead, and made it easier for us to manage access at scale.

Streamlined SSO with Reliable Security, But Pricey

  • January 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Okta for its centralized identity control and seamless SSO capabilities. The MFA and Zero Trust features add a layer of security that I appreciate. Its cloud-native reliability ensures that our systems are robust and dependable. I find managing access across SaaS apps, on-prem systems, cloud platforms, and remote users to be simplified. The initial setup of Okta was more easy than challenging, especially for core identity use cases, with quick tenant configuration, pre-built integrations, and a straightforward MFA rollout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can add up quickly and is not always cost effective for small or budget-constrained teams. I also mentioned experiencing 'policy sprawl if not designed', and 'MFA Fatigue during early rollout'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Okta for centralized identity control, seamless SSO, MFA, and Zero Trust. It manages access across SaaS apps, on-prem systems, and cloud platforms, ensuring security and cloud-native reliability.
