Great solution for workplace security
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can use okta to securely log into other softwares and don't need to worry aboutmanually typing all the login information each time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while, Okta will crash. When that happens, I'm unable to work as I can't login to anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a secure sing sign-on solution that keeps track of my identity so that I can log into other platforms seemlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to access Okta on my mobile devices as well as staying logged in are two of my favorite features. It also works consistently and has never caused any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have to login multiple times even after I just did, even if it's on the same device. That can be inconvenient but is not terribly inconvenient to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is solving secure and easy access to all the cloud based applications and services my company uses and that I use to get my job done, from desktop and mobile.

What do you like best about the product?
You can customize the application which ever you use mostly. You can easily search on specific application or set notification too.Also has a power button to easily open application you need from your keyboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delay in opening a specific application as well as iin plugs in. The security features requirements that should change for 90 days which gives you different sets of password over time tendency to forget
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta simplifies all the application you need for the business. It helps aswell in providing the shortcuts from the plugins to get those in no time. a user friendly tool helps a lot of business.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta helped us to manage and it gives us security when using an application. It helps us know what are the applications that we need to prioritize. It is user friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I used Okta Workforce Identity, I haven't found anything that I do not like, every options are easy to use and easy to locate. There's not a thing that I want Okta to change; as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Okta Workforce Identity solving is the prioritization and security. With the help of Okta Workforce Identity, it allows us to easily access different application in one-tap, easy to access.
Takes the headache out of managing security at work
What do you like best about the product?
The single sign-on is a great feature, where you can get a push notification to easily log on from your devices. I also like the app integrations, which make it very straight-forward to access available apps approved by the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often-times the password reset requirement is an extra thing that I don't want to have to worry about. I think it could be asked less often, personally, or it should let you reuse passwords that you haven't used for some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to worry about a bunch of different sign in methods. Previously, managing several different sign-on methods was painstaking and the different requirements for passwords and usernames was a lot to deal with.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and naviagte. The dashboard and everything in the portal is straightforwared and easy to find. Very user fridnley interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's a great IAM managing application.

The SSO feature and the ability to SSO into applications with not password.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this software as it provides numerous ways for my work to verify that I'm logging into my account. You can never be too careful with your personal information. OKTA does a wonderful job of ensuring everything is secure and offers numerous ways to authenticate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how long it takes to authenticate yourself and how the authenticator app isnt very user-friendly. Otherwise, it's pretty user-friendly when pulled up on a pc/laptop
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta helps my company authenticate it's users and allows them a variety of ways such as security code, secret question, recovery email, and the option to use the authenticator app. It's very beneficial to employees because it helps us make sure that our personal information is secure.
Great one stop spot for all programs
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see all my programs in one spot. It's great to know anytime something new is added to our business, I can find the software in Okta and have my passwords saved!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have not found anything I dislike. It's easy to use and very straightforward! I can rearrange things as needed and always know where to find what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me keep all content in one place! I know when something is added it will be loaded and our IT can troubleshoot easy peasy. 10/10 product. I couldn't work without it.
