Super Simple and Effective for Password Management
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Okta is that it’s super easy to use. The mobile app is very user-friendly and simple to set up, especially on the phone. You need to download it, and once it’s on your phone, in seconds you have your key to log in every day with your passwords and work credentials. It takes much less time to load the work tools to start the workday than if we had to manually type each password.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience so far has been wonderful, I don't have any complaints or have found any downsides to this app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta helps me easily manage different passwords, unlocking all my work tools with just one. The app is simple to set up and use, allowing me to have everything ready in less than a minute to start my workday.

There isn't much I dislike about Okta, other than having to scroll endlessly throughout all the apps I have access to in order to find the right one.

Okta solves for security and ease of use locating apps.
Easy Account Access, But Frequent Logins When Switching Chrome Profiles
What do you like best about the product?
I can access my accounts through Okta easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to log back in FREQUENTLY it feels like it logs me out everytime I switch chrome profiles. Because my company uses Okta for all accounts, I am frequently having to log in which takes a minute because we have autheticate on it too.

Easy to Use and Flexible Tile Organization
What do you like best about the product?
ease of use, organize tiles the way you want them

I haven't really found anything that I currently dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have my tiles/apps organized to what I use every day vs. what I use every once in a while. It cuts down my time looking for whichever tile/app I'm needing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Since Okta sits in front of everything, if there’s an outage or login issue, you’re basically locked out of all your tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: Password-only security is easy to compromise.

Convenient Multi-Platform Logins, But Session Memory Can Be a Headache

Okta has been good with connecting multiple log ins for several platforms used daily

The fact that it doesnt always remember and it becomes a headache having to log in

Once I've logged in to Okta I am then connected to multiple apps used here in the office daily
Easy Setup and Powerful No-Code Onboarding Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to set=up and configure, it works really well when you want to standardise onboarding especially when users are spread around locations, it can be used as a an automation platform using pre existing connectors to automate tasks such as new employee/user creation and subsequent administration tasks. The automation can be built via visual UI drag and drop feature hence no need to involve IT or tech users. We started with a basic plan, it can then grow per number of users later on as numbers of sits or requirements grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can hit the workflow or seat limits pretty quickly, especially if you’re a heavy user and rely on it for more than just password management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Credential management for many users in different geo-locations, solving 2FA code generation, and onboarding automation.
Reliable and Secure Access Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Okta as the entry point to access all of our systems and for multifactor authentication. It helps solve security issues and alleviates the hassle of managing many different passwords, allowing us to use just one. The app allows us to log in on either a phone or computer, which is very convenient. Everything seems to work just fine, from the initial setup with Okta's assistance to several years later. We don't have very many issues at all, and when we do, support is pretty quick. It's almost set it and forget it. I appreciate having it integrated with all our platforms, which means when we add a user, they automatically get pushed to all platforms, making things streamlined. The Okta implementation team helped us make decisions and get everything set up in about a week, which was great.

Not much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Okta to solve security issues and manage many different passwords with ease, allowing me to use one login for all systems through their app.
