You need to do development in case you have different user cases based on user attributes
Say goodbye to remembering all your passwords.
What do you like best about the product?
You only need to have the plugin to use it. You do not need to install any software. Adding the applications you use is very straightforward, and it stores the passwords of these apps. I find it more secure than keeping your passwords on your web browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Okta's price quite expensive for local use. It only suits commercial use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Okta as an identity and access management tool for the software we use in our organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it to companies who use a lot of software. It is good for single sign-on and password storage for identity and access management.

OKTA keeps all of the software I use at my company in a secure and easily accessible place.

I wish it wouldn't log me out so frequently.

OKTA allows me to log into all of the software that I use for work through one portal and log in.

The fact that it takes time to send push notifications on your mobile phone. I usually have to open the app every time to approve sign-in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SSO feature is incredible. I could be using so many different apps, and I do not have to remember my username and password for any apps. Okta does all the work. Love it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Changing SSO behavior of enterprise applications with Okta using Ota as federation service. Earlier the apps ere authenticted using MS-ADFS but migrated to Okta touse the cloud advantage to get a secure, reliable, extensively platform.

It's user friendly and easy to implement. Excellent documentation.
What do you like best about the product?
It's universal directory concept and easy syncups with the applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far i haven't found anything... I still have alot to explore in the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SSO for SaaS apps, MFAs, implemented many mobile apps using OIDC and OAuth. Network logins were also managed.

The chrome extension is a nice feature.

I have to do two-factor auth via my mobile phone multiple times per day.
Also, it may not be on Okta, but the integration with Domo is particularly painful.

We use Okta for single-sign-on for work applications as well as provisioning and de-provisioning for new or exiting employees.
