The most established IP provider in the market
What do you like best about the product?
For a serious business, they have all the things needed for the long-term i.e, support, different IP locations, account management and a human behind the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most datacenters, some more locations in Europe would be useful

Bright Data a feature-rich and stable request proxying solution.
What do you like best about the product?
Bright Data provides a feature-rich and stable request proxying solution. Their service allows us to utilize a wide array of endpoints, both at datacenters and masquerading as residential IP-addresses, located all over the world, which grants us great flexibility in our workflow. Some of the features their service includes are also very valuable, such as advanced access control, a comprehensive API, great control over exit IP zones and an ability to create and maintain persistent HTTP sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are problems of inaccessibility of the service, but it happens quite rarely.

The responsiveness of the staff, and the data included many people we did not previously know about.

There was nothing in particular that we did not find useful with our data.

They provided us with a dataset of profile information from social media. This has allowed us to identify people of interest to us

Data Usage nowadays is extremly high and usually, the most proxy providers within my field of Business do not got a clean/reliable/Stable pool of Proxies.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the speed, and the level of support received from the team. Every question we had was resolved very fast. They are also proactive, suggesting optimizations and changes themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
The verification process was a bit troublesome. As much as that's initially annoying, it was worth going through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There aren't many reliable services on the market. The added value is decreasing pricing, ensuring we won't need to switch to another provider when we grow fast.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the integration guide made it easy to use Bright Data in my business. Furthermore, when I needed some support, they were very helpful and I've got the missing information fast.
Here, I'd like to mention Oxana Novopashina and her team for their outstanding performance. I always received help to deal with all my questions in a quick and professional way.
I can only recommend the proxy services, as I never experienced any outages, it does exactly what I'm looking for.

I'm using Bright Data for public data collection. For benefits, I would add easy integration and high-quality proxies.

What do you like best about the product?
Their dashboard is easy to navigate and intuitive. It also allows me to view my collectors and jobs very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing collector code via their code editor option is clunky but only an issue if you want to edit the collector code personally.

Bright data has helped me collect data available during specific time intervals.
