Its monitoring performance is one of the best in the industry.It helps to find out the performance issues and make the developors life easy.It works seamlessly with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines, making it ideal for DevOps teams managing cloud-native applications.

The platform offers a vast number of features, which can be overwhelming for new users.The pricing structure is not straightforward, especially for businesses scaling up.

Its real time monitoring and high performance. Also the full stack observability too. It is also very easy to Use and Integrate.

Complex UI and High Price is the things that i don t like.

It helps to solve performance bottleneck issues, System downtimes and also helps in real time monitoring of infrastructure and logs.

New Relic has user friendly dashboards as well as real-time data monitoring. It makes the work easy by faster troubleshooting process. Very efficient service and integrations across various platforms are easy. Overall good experience.

The pricing seems a bit costly. Otherwise nothing to dislike about.

Limited customization in some areas, Integration issues and complex configuration.

It’s often difficult to monitor the health and performance of applications in real time, especially as systems become more complex with microservices, APIs, and distributed architectures.
Fantastic tool to monitor the server and helpful for the Devops engineers

The new relic monitors the incidents and lists the impacted entities. So we are able to identify the entities and upgrade them if necessary.

Now the pricing seems to be okay as it meets our expectation.

New Relic is giving alerts based on the CPU usage, this will help me to check the server and making my customer websites ON all time, In ecom industry the Zero downtime has significant importance. Also it will help me to understand the programs/modules that using high CPU and troubleshoot on the specific point.

Best APM tool for web and mobile application
What do you like best about the product?
Application Performance Monitoring (APM) is fantastic tool. It gives us lot of insights from our production applications. We make decisions of infrastructure resources based on traffic. It also help us to detect bugs inside out with all metadata.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling the reports will be more helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to monitor production application. It also help us to debug the issues, slow requests, vulnerabilities, etc.

The most comprehensive and full monitoring. Nothing comes even close to the amount of monitoring that is allows!

None so far! Ther are no areas where I find New Relic lacking.

Most comprehensive alerting that lets you know about issues whenever they arise.
Great SAAS monitoring tool
What do you like best about the product?
NewRelic was super easy to implement and very easy to use and navigate. Before NR we had log files all over the place on different windows VMs, was horrible to manage. But now we have them in one central place that we can query, review and monitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all it's great.. I struggled a little bit setting up monitors and dashboards, but only due to not giving it enough attention and focus - once I say down and actually made myself do it, it was very easy and made sense
