Amperity is a great product and delivers on its core set of promises.
What do you like best about the product?
Amperity's flexabilty and connetvity capabilities which is core to its ability to support marketing personalization and customer analysis & insights. Amperity can be updated and modified so readily the only thing we have that slows it down is our own data infrastrucres limitations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their GDPR and CCPA compliance solution works well for incremental data builds but is not very functional for our full daily DB creation. It could use some more options to support this use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identity resolution works and is easy to understand, main benefit is marketing automation. Less analytics staff doing manual list pulls and things. This has unlocked our team to focus on more personalization logic which Amperity then powers.

What do you like best about the product?
Amperity product really helped to consolidate our customer's records to enhance the capability of tracking an entire customer journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data usages need to be clear and transparent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to provide a holistic view of the Customer journey when the individual transitions from prospect to customer and provides the ability to identify in multiple systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Amperity is most helpful in cleansing and unifying our data. The team is wonderful to work with and the product itself is intelligent, useful and relevant to the future of data and business success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The configuration and validation phase seems long and complex. There has to be a better more streamlined way to firstly scope and then execute these phases. Better understanding of business needs and team responsiveness will help with this also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amperity is unifying data about our customers from siloed data sources that have been impossible previously to connect and query. Amperity is making the data accessible and useable for segmentation efforts and also for business intelligence use cases.
Amazing stitching technology that has upleveled our marketing game.
What do you like best about the product?
The stitching technology. Shane Plossu is the best partner. The entire is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Defending it internally and having to explain the value to leadership when they don't understand data or technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple sources of data that would be useful for personalization. Amperity helps bring all of this together. By personalizing our marketing communications, my conversion and relevancy goes up as well as loyalty.

Some mismatches between Amperity and customer internal data mart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Campaign automation and CLV tiers.
Amperity has helped us view our customers in a better way.
What do you like best about the product?
The dedicated customer service rep, being able to segment and have a control group to compare results, all the insights we can see on CLV, predicted customer attributes, customer 360.
What do you dislike about the product?
We just moved over from the Custora platform to the AMP platform and the transition was really quick and it seems like they are still making changes and improvements as we go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Amperity we didn't have customer identity resolution unless we did it manually in our ESP. The predicted CLV and all the insights we can see about our customers have helped us better marketing our brand and products.

What do you like best about the product?
Strong customer service and are willing to co-create a roadmap together. They are our core MDM tool for customers and they have made the process so easy that business users were able to drive most of the implementation solo.
What do you dislike about the product?
No concerns - Amperity has been great to work with and I'd like to work with them again in my next organization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
providing a de-duplicated file back that gives us the best data to leverage for our customer base. They also provide a lot of direct feeds to our marketing tech stack & they integrate realtime with our new Snowflake instance.
Love working with Amperity folks. Brian Su is the most valuable talent at Amperity.

What do you like best about the product?
Amperity is a great tool to help unify disparate and hard-to-access siloed data. The ability to attribute activity at the customer level allows us to effectively target, segment, and action the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems some of the resources at Amperity are stretched to the point they cannot support a full-service client to the best of their capability. The number of times you have to remind or repeat a request can become cumbersome and frustrating because if you have to remind them of the task you can be sure progress was not made since you last addressed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amperity is helping us segment customers in an actionable way. We see benefits in using their data to execute campaigns of all kinds. The largest benefit for our company is the consolidation of data and providing a single source of truth across multiple platforms and software used within the business.

What do you like best about the product?
The algorithm that stitches the consumer data within Amperity is robust and reliable. The platform is easy to use, and the back-end logic is easy to customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
More customizable charts/tables. Importing our own ML models to the platform. More analytics on customer insights within the platform.
