An excellent APM tool for your applications.
What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to alert and manage alerts, the dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Browser functionality needs to improve. Currently it does not maps a browser transaction to the corresponding APM transaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performance monitoring. Understanding the user behavior. Getting overall added for the application.

A little on the pricier side since you would have to buy into the whole relic ecosystem.

Transaction monitoring in real time. Gauging performance

What do you like best about the product?
Their dashboard provides so much information that is key in order to figure out browser performance. We really needed to know how good our website ran on each browser.

The pricing can be a little to high than others I have seen.

What do you like best about the product?
You can easily view and analyze massive amounts of data, and gain actionable insights in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I do not like about New Relic is at first when visiting the website is was confusing to me on exactly what it is they did.

We used new Relic to research the idea to build out our own company extranet.

New Relic give you a real look into your infrastructure and what's happening, so you can be proactive about changes that need to occur.

Needs to be more customized support options.

Monitoring server metrics, Inputs to support and devops teams . Gives visiblity to all on our preparedness for high transaction days.

It gives detailed root level analysis for slow running transactions and detailed of the layer causing the slowness.

All good so far. I don't find any dislikes.

- Easy to read graphs & ability to track transactions as key transactions with monitoring thresholds
- Can configure New Relic to use 2FA
- Web hook integration is straight-forward and results in the ability to create custom-tailored responses to any alert type
- The ability to compare performance with previous periods makes it easy to identify hiccups

- 2FA support isn't native & requires participation from a third party SSO

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New Relic gives you the ability to track key transactions & easily narrow down precisely where errors, vulnerabilities or bottlenecks are occurring within your environment. New Relic also offers free trials on any of their add-on software which makes it easy for you to identify an area or areas where additional integration makes sense to your corporation.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
New Relic is a no brainer if you're interested in the ability to track key transactions, identify performance bottlenecks or create system alerts within your environment. I'd strongly suggest you take advantage of the alerts & infrastructure features it also has within the native application.

nothing to dislike, maybe the price. but nothing is free

Great features, but not worth the extra subscription price

I think it has some fun things to look at in the dashboard with some useful analytics

I think that the price for what you get is a bit high, I feel like there are other free tools that can give you most, if not all, of what Browser gives you.
