Citrix workspace runs perfectly (using a full hd screen).

Initial installation is a bit tricky on some machines.
Dual boot with windows possible but not recommended

Fast internet connection and good privacy browesers

What do you like best about the product?
Because it's free and open source. It gets all the security updates from the community and developers. There are numerous add ons and plugins to make your desktop pop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if you are using dual boot windows/linux it loses the grub boot loader settings when you perform an update/upgrade. It's quite tedious to get it running again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really built well for web developers and software developers in general. Multiple desktops allow you to work on multiple projects at the same time. Switching from one project to another and having all the associated material ready to go helps a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
It's been almost six years, and I have been associated with this operating system. There are numerous things that I like about it:
1. It's open source, which means it's completely free
2. It offers user security
3. Compared to other Linux OS, this OS system is relatively quick.
4. It has a big community; if you are facing any issue in between, they are ready to help you anytime.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit tedious to handle when coming to a new user, but once you get used to it, you won't want to let go of it. Aside from this, switching to Ubuntu was one of my finest choices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ubuntu supports me in my daily tasks, including intense coding and debugging hours. It grants me unhindered access to all of the system's directories. The Ubuntu terminal serves as a one-stop shop for all of my issues. The interface is speedy every time I run a code and provides the result immediately.

There are so many options to control almost every aspect of your operating system

The only downside I found was with NVidia drivers not reaching the same performance compared to Windows OS

I use the LIVE CD feature to browse the file structure on a PC that has lost the ability to boot properly to create backups

A lightweight OS, close to the hardware so that we can use the resources as per our need.

The features that other os provides can be a bit more productive like apple style gestures.

Ubuntu is solving security issues that might occur on windows and since it consumes very less resources, virtual systems can run on it smoothly.

It's clean and fresh, has a sizeable collection of apps that are regularly updated, and it's user-friendly.

It can be a very opinionated distribution, particularly around the snap application packaging system.

Ease of access, and the customizability.
Ubuntu as an opensource system provides multiple ways of customization, so it is an ideal server operating system for almost all tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some package / dependency conflicts in the system. Although ubuntu is customizable, but sometimes it can have deoendency errors ot conflicts which could result in a proble more so in root account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A cloud linux server that can be converted to any distribution. I consider ubuntu server as a generic system which i can use for any and all needs, i have used it for both ai ml applications and cybersecurity applications.

What do you like best about the product?
Sleek functioning, small size, free of cost and easy to use for an entrant into the world of Linux.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many business softwares- equivalent of word, powerpoint, photoshop etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ubuntu allowed me to move into development and host web apps easily. It allowed me to transition into using Linux by first choosing Ubuntu which is not as detached from Windows as some of the other advanced Linux kernels like Kali.

I like that with Ubuntu, I can get the standard environment of Linux along with some user interface too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the setup portion a bit tricky, but nothing too major. But all the issue I faced had solutions all over the internet. So no problem overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Ubuntu server to deploy a web application. I have docker installed and have deployed a NodeJS backend along with a MongoDB database on it.
