Great visualizations and client analytics self service features

it is too expensive for small customers, slow development of native visualization objects and features that are available by third party companies

Giving users the ability to create their own dashboards on the same app with the data provided and to collaborate among them easily

Qlik Sense has everything to offer for great analytics
Qlik is superior to Tableau and PBI when it comes to user experience and development capabilities.
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface, superb development capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Surprisingly weak customer support. In many geographies outside of the US and Western Europe, the partner support is way behind what the competition can offer.

Mode 1 and Mode 2 business intelligence. Advanced analytics.

The greatest tool on the market. Do not hesitate to get it, try it, and invest heavily in it.
Qlik is Great!

Qlik's associative engine is brilliant, being able to explore your data without thinking about it, its great i.e. dont have to write specific queries to return specific datasets

The QlikView to Qlik Sense transition isn't the most smooth, but with the help of a good partner, it works out well

Qlik Sense allows us to understand our consultant utilisation and profitability of our customer base from multiple disperate data sets i.e. billing data, appointments, support tickets

Well-positioned BI Tool in the market, rapid changes to the product and frequent launches are obvious indication of the competitive mindset of the company. Support team and quality can be improved further.

I really like the versatility it has and the way it is constantly growing.

that we still do not have the possibility to visualize certain living objects in the stories, but it forces us to have the complete sheet

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Qlik Sense is its power in data handling, which allows building an ETL from start to finish and has a user-friendly interface to enable Self Service developments. Also, the ability to connect to various data sources. The management console seems much better to me than that of QlikView.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several disadvantages to using Qlik Sense compared to QlikView as it targets a different market. Sometimes I have to figure things out to achieve what I used to in the previous tool, but with each new version, Qlik Sense incorporates new features that mitigate this problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the various clients I worked with, I managed to meet the user's need to create their own dashboards from a pre-built data model. Nowadays, many clients are interested in being able to explore and create their own visualizations independently.

Better Performance with Qlik
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the Qlik platform allows you to connect sources of information very quickly and easily. Then you can create very dynamic and very intuitive dashboards. Today, Qlik offers a wide range of services and connectors to connect your information.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to have a knowledge of its programming language to customize your objects and data. However, it is easy to learn and with some practice you can achieve your own customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Qlik Sense I have been able to solve how to share information with my work team in an easy and intuitive way. The main benefit that I have achieved with its implementation is to reduce the physical equipment necessary to implement this solution, thanks to this my work team has been able to focus on the analysis and design of the information.
