Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use, not complicated. Can see what and where the team is.
What do you dislike about the product?
If a group of people are on 1 task, not easy to take one person out of that task and move to another task.Have to change the original task. Not that this occurs very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very visual and can add details such as permit numbers, tool requirement etc. Sign off of tasks are required.

Logging Time option with ease of access.

The UI is quite Basic , better to have something more attractive

Organizing work that needs to be done quickly, accurately and easily in a large group.
It has helped scheduling of field crews tremendously

It allos me to categorize different types of jobs and allows my field crews to see where they are going days in advance instead of asking everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to hide certain people from the dashboard. I really would just like to see my field crew chiefs on the schedule, but everyone can still see the schedule.

Keeping track of where every employee is at each day. Its very nice when doing payroll to look back at where people were.
Quick and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I've found it really helpful for quickly tracking both my individual project contributions and a number of active teams in my department. The setup was simple and managing our growing account has been straightforward to manage with clear comms on the changing costs.
The way that it breaks down time into blocks is clear, and the quick actions to start / stop and amend the times where necessary is great. I use it daily to help me understand where I'm allocating my time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I've found it difficult to break down the reporting in quite the best way to share data with my stakeholders internally, and wonder if that's because I didn't take advantage of customer support to setup my account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me understand where my support teams are focused most heavily - so that I can understand which customers are the most and least costly to serve.
Float daily use
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling - allowing the team to know what they are doing daily without having to check with managers
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to link jobs on different peoples schedules, therefore if we add a job on two peoples schedules together and it needs to be moved back you would have to adjust on both schedules. it would be useful if they linked together

Time management - people can see what they are booked to do and how long its supposed to take them

The way we can split the team meambers with tags makes it easy to use

Very handy piece of scheduling software, great for people with busy calendars
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who works flexible hours, I find Float incredibly helpful to schedule. I use it every day to schedule my ever-varying calendar and it's very easy to allocate timings to the projects I'm working on, which can be compared well with the rest of the team's calendar too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is unfortuantely no feature to input exact times into Float and only lengths of time, so I have to use the "notes" feature to add exact times, which can be a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work flexible hours part time, so it's really important that the rest of my team clearly knows what projects I'm working on and when, which Float solves. My manager is also able to easily schedule my hours. The whole team uses Float, so it's easy to check all projects always have sufficient resources allocated to them.
Super easy, clear and colourful

I like how you can book work on team members and set different colours so everyone can see at a glance what workstream is booked and when

Sometimes we have issues syncing calendars onto float
