Float is a lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
Float helps us with the utilisation, i have a team of 80 Analyst and it helps me track their UTL. Also, the dashboard is very advanced and user-friendly, moreover Float is a one stop shop for workforce planning, task distribution etc, also the Float customer support is awesome, they have chatbots which 90% solve the problems I have, however if the resolution is not achieved, the customer support is more than helpful, specially Justyna
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there has been massive improvement on this then before sometimes float is laggy, I would say 1 in 10 times I use it but this is not a deal breaker as we refresh and it works perfectly fine there after
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly Resourcing is done very easily as we can track the capacity of the users and assign them work as per their capacity, also as stated earlier we can easily track UTL also track if we are overspending/underspending on projects

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Float does exactly what it promises—helping our organisation stay on top of scheduling and resourcing. It’s incredibly useful and delivers an excellent user experience. The robust API and well-documented integration options make it easy to connect with our suite of tools.
We use Float multiple times a day, and the support has been exceptional. Any questions we’ve had were answered quickly and effectively. Implementation was a breeze—from hooking it up to SSO to launching it with the team, where everyone adopted it with zero issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
At this stage, we haven’t encountered any significant downsides. Float delivers exactly what we need for scheduling and resourcing. Of course, like any tool, there’s always room to grow as our needs evolve, but so far it’s been smooth sailing. We are excited to see what they release next.

The simplest tool to log my time
What do you like best about the product?
I can pull other projects that are not currently in my schedule, making it seamless and hassle-free. My project manager knows exactly what's happening daily. It makes my everyday life so much easier and less time spent on admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. I've found it to be the best experience compared to other admin portals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves communication between myself and project managers. It also helps me keep an eye on my team's capacity, helps me delegate to make work-life fair. As a lead, the constant need to keep on top of tasks weighs heavily on my mind and this tool has really eased my mental clutter.

I like using Float.com because I can see my assignment and everyone else's too, making it one source of truth. I also find it convenient that future holidays are listed. The initial setup was very easy, which I appreciate.

I'm not sure, but maybe it could have prompts for what projects I have worked on and a summary.

What do you like best about the product?
Float has made managing my workload simpler and more organized. Its straightforward design and clear scheduling options help me stay focused and productive. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their work-life balance and keep track of their tasks easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I find Float helpful, I dislike that it sometimes has incorrect public holidays for Indonesia. This means I need to adjust them manually, which can be frustrating. It would be better if the software were updated to reflect the correct national holidays automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
The most important feature I liked about float is its scheduling throught the project timeline. Also it has fantastic feature to track the status of the ongoing project. Its report section shows the stats and the remaining hours to log, also the project completion timeline and the project plan. Also the best feature is it shows the billable and non-billable logged hours. Also I loved the user interface of float.
