What do you like best about the product?
Our primary use is the schedule- it allows multiple stakeholders to be able to modify and adjust, as well as employees to manage their own daily schedule, viewable to all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike in our use cases, it delivers on its promise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy book marked link for anyone in the organization to be able to pull up room bookings for Audio, Edit and Animation resources. Multiple people can adjust and a modify the schedule. Bookings get synced to personal Outlook calendars.

What do you like best about the product?
Good, fast-working FLOAT app for iPhone.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a manager, I have to submit vacation leave reports to the HR department, detailing the specific days an employee took leave. It's impossible to do, or I don't know how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save a lot of time. I quickly get reports on my engineers' utilization in projects. I can quickly plan my budget and see profitability.

What do you like best about the product?
Float is super easy to use and didn’t take long to get the team onboard. The interface is clean and makes scheduling feel almost effortless—just drag, drop, and you’re done. We use it daily to plan out work and manage capacity across projects. It integrates nicely with Google Calendar, which helps keep everything in sync without extra effort. I also found their customer support to be responsive the one time we needed help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting features were a bit more detailed in the basic plan. Sometimes I have to export data just to get a clear picture of workload trends. The mobile version also feels a bit clunky—fine for checking things, but not ideal for making updates.

Float helps us solve the constant challenge of managing team availability and project timelines without the chaos of spreadsheets. It gives a clear view of who’s doing what and when, which makes planning smoother and avoids overbooking people. This has really helped us stay organized, reduce last-minute surprises, and keep workloads realistic—especially when working across multiple projects or teams.It helps us to keep track of who,what,when and how.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and has number of features which helps in project planning, resource allocation, leave tracker, generating reports and what not. And most importantly it has very good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time log process can be more efficient..

It helps in resource allocation and easily get the monthly reports. also, we can track the leaves.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplest UI and the resource allocation. Ease to integrated the SSO for login with Microsoft account. On regular basis, notification is sent for logging time.

The time logging. Sometimes it is bit off.

It helps to know the allocation, helps to time log for the work. Also send a reminder if time is not logged on daily basis.

Very easy to use and it's transparency across the agency so everyone can see who's working on what specific projects.
