Boomi is very easy to use and user friendly

The platform’s initial setup is straightforward. I rate its process a ten out of ten. We click a button, and a script automates the process. It takes less than an hour to complete.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
I rate the platform’s pricing a ten out of ten. It is very expensive and based on connectors. Thus, we are looking for a low-cost solution with similar integration services.
What other advice do I have?
The platform is good. I recommend it to others. I advise others to go for it if the use case is heavy. They should prefer using other tools if there are just a few connections. The platform is not consumption-dependent but connector dependent.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and understand. Great support for Implementing complex integration logic for data integration. Also its other products give great features for API management, EDI and B2B integrations along with other features like Boomi Flow and Master Data Management (MDM)
What do you dislike about the product?
The search features is missing for some parts because of which a user needs to scroll down through all the list to select for the required component. A search could be added for process name in th extension to improve the usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in implementing data integrations for batch and real time data. It makes data engineering operations easier because of its UI based approach in developing data integration.
Powerful integration platform catered to developers
What do you like best about the product?
The ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) tools, called "shapes' in the Boomi universe, are very powerful and versatile for handling the data in every way and optimizing it for bulk operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small nuances in a connector's details will be considered a different connector in Boomi's eyes and drive the connector counts, which is how Boomi monetizes its tool. Example: you need a duplicate amazon redshift connector to access a different schema but under the same URL

Shuttling data through different systems along the journey of an entity reflecting its status in the implementation lifecycle as it gathers data points to be dropped off the many systems it traverses.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the new things I really like about Boomi is its improved low-code interface and enhanced API management capabilities. The platform now offers better visibility through real-time monitoring dashboards and more robust error handling, which makes troubleshooting much easier. I also appreciate the growing library of connectors and the seamless cloud-native architecture that supports faster deployment and scalability. These enhancements make Boomi more efficient for handling complex integration scenarios across multiple systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Boomi can improve by expanding its library of pre-built connectors for niche and emerging applications. In some cases, custom configuration is still required where a direct connector is not available. The user interface, while powerful, can feel complex for new users and may benefit from simplified navigation and more guided tutorials. Additionally, pricing transparency and more detailed documentation for advanced use cases would further enhance the overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have tried the integrations with salesforce using Boomi Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) and it has provided an easy way out for integration utilizing the connector SDK and it also has an open source code.

What do you like best about the product?
Strong support, API Management, Good Repositories and other features make Boomi my all-time favorite. The user experience is also getting better. Seamless integration and security provide better performance and time management.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, it's a very good experience Boomi is bringing to the table but few things we can consider for improvements like integration in different less used environments and technologies.

Good data repositories helped us to manage data more efficiently and at speed so it saves lots of time. Now we are implementing it in less time and more efficiently.
Boomi iPaaS is one of the best cloud based integration platforms to solve all your data problems.
What do you like best about the product?
Boomi iPaaS is best for integrating various other platforms to pass data and create a bi-directional sync between Boomi and all the other 3rd party platforms and also provides Master data HUB.

Nothing much to dislike, but I would also like to have a plug-and-play kind of thing for integrating a few other platforms like Salesforce directly integrate with a single click.

Boomi Integration platform as a service provides 3rd party platforms to integrate and store the data between various platforms. It is a secure, on-demand multi-tenant cloud integration platform that is best for upcoming businesses.

The ease of mapping and integration with standard connectors

The support experience is not up to the mark.

Bomi is just awesome to connect with various trading partners/mailboxes. The standard connector just makes life so easy.
An Excellent integration tool which can be used on all the systems for data transfers and automation
What do you like best about the product?
All the systems can be integrated excellent ly using Boomi for data transfer and automations. I had a very positive working experience working with this product and the support from boomi has been outstanding. I have used boomi for Netsuite to Salesforce integration and I must say that Boomi's ability to fully customise the ETL process between our core business systems is commendable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is very well put together but it is still a little heavy to use if the user doesn't have a proper technical background. More technical knowledge is required because most of the time, the requirements are more complex and require custom mapping between two data formats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Boomi for customising the etl processes between our core business systems. We have switched from celigo integrator to Boomi as celigo's support was not upto the mark and their product had serious limitations whereas Boomi's support is commendable and the value was way better with Boomi.
