Easy to get started and start integrationg systems. Lots of learning materials and ways to upskill yourself online.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mapping UI needs some improvement to be more intuitive. Some of the processes and workflows could be more inuitive and modern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company has a focus on digitizing the construction supply chain and Boomi plays a big role in making that happen. I am able to perform API and EDI integrations on one platform.

Boomi started off with a small platform doing one thing for us, but continues to expand and continues to do more parts of the business.

Boomi is still working to modernize and upgrade it product suite and licensing can be a issue.

Invoice and Packing slips, we were able to remove all paper copies and modernized the work flow.
