Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is easy to use and provides a user-friendly way to organize and file documents. We have a basic subscription, so I'm sure that an upgraded version would provide even more features that would be helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been able to edit my address book. Once an email is used, it seems to be there for life. It would be nice to have the option of deleting an address. This may be a feature for an upgraded subscription, but it would be nice if a basic subscription could delete emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are now allowing different programs to be uploaded. Other than Word & PDFs, I can now upload Excel.
Good, not as easy to use as I wish

Works properly. Not too complicated and doesn't require training

Sometimes you want to add free text on the agreement or add some fields and it's a little too complicated

What do you like best about the product?
I like How user friendly SignNow is compared to other platforms like docusign. I have Had a more positive experience with this platform than its competitor and my clients like it more as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike The size of the font of the initials when signing a document. The signature can be re-sized to fit certain lines, however, the initial section cannot be altered and should be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow is solving the problem of having to meet clients for signatures and allows the use of electronic signatures for a more seemless process between my clients and myself.
SignNow checks all the boxes! Love it!

SignNow is simple to use as it is both intuitive and clear for the sender and receiver. Easy peasy!

Nothing so far as it serves all the needs I have.

SignNow allows me to capture signatures more quickly & easily which allows me to close more opportunities in a shorter timeframe.
Very easy and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy and convenient to send contracts back and forth. I love it! It's also a very safe place to store confidential information. All of my documents are stored safely.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is that I'm not notified when a document will expire. I have to check to resend out invites to sign manually. If this was fixed, it would make the experience better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with sending out confidential information via email. With this platform, sensitive information is safely stored. I feel confident sending contracts to my clients .
Easy to use and priced right
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and intuitive. Not overly complicated. The android application works excellently and allows anyone to sign on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the signature boxes would snap to the grid automatically.

We started using SignNow in an attempt to go paperless, and it's proven very useful and has helped us achieve a goal of much less paper.

I enjoy the fact that it is easy to use and can be done on desktop or mobile device and cross.

There really isn't much that I dislike about the program it just seems to work and it's easy enough for most people even if they have never used anything like it before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use so I am able to get customers of all ages to sign documents remotely without having to travel to go see them or make them print out and scan documents as many don't seem to have the right equipment at home.
