SignNow is very user friendly, it's easy to teach and simple to use when you're in a rush.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some data errors, such as the way you select a yes or no option that have held us up in the past. The errors would make it so the document couldn't be processed.

We are able to get clients coverage faster and use our time efficiently. We also utilize sign now to avoid fraud and false representation.

Shop around and see which processes you like about the application, and figure out if your business would benefit from digital signatures, considering your clientele age and experience.

What do you like best about the product?
It works! And the price is much better than the alternatives. As a small business I'm not prepared to pay more for a signing app than I spend on either all the telephone calls for the business or broadband. Which is what the alternatives charge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only very small things such as limited formatting for some of the input fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes the process of clients signing documents much easier and hassle free for them.

When my clients sign they say they have to download the app, which is inconvenient for them. Is there no way to sign without getting into an app?

Time, efficiency, data management. Allows me to get work done my coworkers can't dream of getting done as quickly waiting for wet signatures

How easy it is to pre-fill documents and send to clients/prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
No easy way to contact customer service. You have to email them if there is an issue and it takes 1-2 days for them to get back to you

Easy and convenient ways of having documents signed that don't need wet ink signatures

I like that the program is very simple to use. I also like that the mobile app is even easier.

I would like to be able to automatically re-send a request for signature bases on an intermittent schedule.

We are definitely more efficient with acquiring client's signatures, etc.

Uploading document pdfs from my computer to use as a template isn't always so easy, changes to appearance/size often have to be fixed and reuploaded.

Templates are kind of older user frame. Predicable signing is not always 100%. I had to re download and send the doc because it missed a few spots
