Good value and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other electronic signature platforms, SignNow is very easy to use and is at a price point that a variety of different type of organizations can take advantage of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to warn people ahead of time that a link is being sent to them or they may think it is spam and won't click the link that takes them to the document that needs to be signed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to have a lot of paperwork signed from a variety of people, and sending them by postal mail takes a long time not only just because of the postal mail process (send it to them and have them send the fully executed document back) but also because it is easy to be put in a pile on someone's desk and forgotten about. With SignNow, people can quickly sign the document and you can easily send reminders if they have not yet signed the document.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Like other e-signing services, there are different pricing levels but the basic $5/month option if great for basic signing needs at a price that can't be beat. Also, no specialization needs to take place - just upload a PDF and insert where people need to add info (sign, date, initial, etc.), which is great for contracts.
Does everything you need it to.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that it makes it's easy for a client review papers, documents, and contracts. Easy to upload and fill out. You can customize the boxes and areas. You can CC yourself to receive a copy. You can cancel and delete the document if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had many clients say the on an Iphone it's requiring you to download the app and makes it hard to view the documents without it. Also I would like an option that allows the CC person to receive notification once the contract has been signed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting customer serviced quickly since contracts are returning faster. Smaller waiting period for all our clients.

Try it out. You won't be disappointed.

I like that you can send binding contracts and documents that must be signed by a client with the convenience of never having to leave the comfort of your own area.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when you CC a person and the client signs the contract the person CC'd doesn't always receive notification that the client has signed the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving money on travel and making it easier for clients to review contracts without the hassle of having to go to a location.

Definitely recommend it to any one have to deal with contracts and legal documents.
SignNow quick and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of being able to sign a document on the fly has beeen very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many signature apps, it’s hard to find the bedsd one to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often have to sign documents for work or for my kids school and I’m able to do this efficiently from my phones

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and is a fraction of the cost of similar solutions with all the same features.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have yet to find any real faults with SignNow. We are happy with our decision.

We are using SignNow to obtain signatures needed for system updates and changes. It is an easy and convenient way for the endorser to sign off on the request, even when they are away from the office. It has decreased turn around time for these types of requests.

SignNow for contributor agreements
What do you like best about the product?
My small publishing company doesn't have a lot of extra money to spend on applications so SignNow was a cheap and easy option for our purposes. We use it to obtain signatures on contributor agreements for our freelance writers/photographers and for some HR documents internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints so far! Everyone who uses it in our company has had a good experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before SignNow we had no formal, uniform way to obtain signatures from contributors. We have four publications that are all separate, but under the same parent company so it's a good way for us to maintain a uniform way of collecting signatures while also being able to personalize them for each magazine.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For a small company with straightforward needs, this is the best option. I did a lot of research before choosing SignNow.

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow has been an absolute game changer for our business. Our sales team loves how easy it is to get contracts into their clients hands, and more importantly, how quickly they get them back! The whole process is simplified, and expedited.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only thing I dislike is that a few my members of my more technologically challenged team members are reluctant to try it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team and traffic departments, who regularly interface with clients, now have much more time to spend servicing their needs, and trying to find new business, as opposed to collecting signed contracts.
Sign Now is very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is quick and very efficient it is easy to sign on and easy to add signatures I like you can assign the people who sign the document in a certain order

At this time I have nothing that I dislike

It just is a secure way to make sure the President's signature is not copied. It allows all parties involved to sign in one secure location and it lets me know once fully executed. It is efficient
SignNow has wonderful features with reasonable cost
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is an easy-to-use system with plenty nice features at very reasonable cost. It allows you to create multiple teams (each team can have a team admin). It can be easily integrated with NetSuite. Its template creation and maintenance is simply and user friendly. We implemented this system, starting from accounting department, and expanded to other departments within 3 months. Got timely support whenever we have questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, we don't see anything that we dislike. I was told that it might be not as powerful as DOcuSign, but it has everything that we need. No complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to collect vendors' banking info, tax info, customers' credit application. We also use it for internal communication from HR to Legal to QC. The benefits: paperless, much smooth process, and cost effective.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test the system to see if you like it or not. I am not saying it is good for everyone but it should meet the requirements of most companies.

The way the email looks when they receive it. We even have our logo but it still looks awkward.
